The toothbrush head fits on top of my Oral B toothbrush, but it’s not a tight fit like the Oral B replacement heads. For the price, beggars can’t be choosers! It still stays on the brush, and the head rotates as expected. If you’re curious of the fit, I’ve uploaded a picture of the bottom of the toothbrush head as reference. As others have mentioned, the bristles are pretty stiff. I don’t mind, but my wife has yet to decide if she will continue to use it or go back to the Oral B replacements. ... show more
