I mix this beet powder product with a fermented beet powder product. This product has a great flavor. I use this product everyday and it helps me thru the afternoon fatigue. For myself, I have to drink my beet juice by 2 pm each day, so I have a good nights sleep. I love juicing beats, I love blending them, they're great and always make me feel better! I just got this powder so I'll be updating this at later date, but here's been my experience: it doesn't taste good, but it doesn't taste bad, it doesn't taste like beats but a dried out beat powder could potentially taste like this? I've been using the spoon that comes with it for a spoon full of beat powder and dumping it in ice water to drink. I have *not* had some kind of cardiac attack immediately drinking the powder. I have *not* experienced any negatives. I have been on a healthy kick and if anything the week I've been using it has been fine! Doesn't feel like I'm getting all the benefits you'd get from drinking actual beat juice, but if you just want a lil extra I don't think this hurts.
