The scooter is definitely built like a tank. And you can definitely feel all 50 lb of it. The range is exactly what someone can expect, which is about half of the advertised range. I weigh about 220 lb, which makes perfect sense. I can safely get anywhere between 10 and 15 MI of range per charge. These are solid tires, so on one hand you won't have to worry about flats. But you have to be prepared for a rigid ride as well. Overall, it's a pleasant ride. I did notice a negative review about the cables being cut in the stem upon receiving the scooter. There is a little rubber grommet on the inside of the stem that is supposed to keep the wires tucked into the top of the stem. Mine had shifted down during shipping, which ends up pushing the wires down into the portion of the stem that clamps together, cutting the wires if you're not careful. I haven't had any problems with the wires after I checked. There's basically no maintenance to the scooter, the headlight is bright enough. And with the recent firmware update, the scooter now has zero start and cruise control. I honestly couldn't be any happier with my purchase. It's reliable, fast enough and well built. This scooter to me seems heavy when it was delivered to my house and I thought it might take me a few hours to assemble it by looking at the box. However to my surprise it was easy to put everything together as it only took me 10 minutes to assemble all together with the help of the manual guide. The riding experience had a little hiccup at the beginning as the scooter seemed not moving at all right after I pressed Go button on the handle when the bike was on. I guess I had to charge it first but it still not working after fully charged. So I went ahead and checked with seller ( who were very patient) the reason of malfunction. They told me that this was the way it was designed to keep 0 speed at the beginning till rider pushed it by legs first and provided moving speed. The scooter would start using electricity to run at 5mph, 15mph or 25mph riding mode based on the setting by the rider. Seller also told me that Bluetooth is a good way of checking the status of charging. The app is called Okai Global in Apple store and would connect to the scooter when the power was on. The scooter itself is perfect. Heavy but steady, safe when riding and easy to maneuver, steering is also comfortable. But it requires some efforts to carry it comes to curbside or big bumps. Speed control is good, brake is not stiff and stop quickly (make sure you are prepared to stop if you are at high speed). The headlight is very bright and tail light flash while riding. Only downside of the scooter is the deck itself is not to wide for my husband, ok to ride but if it could be wider the riding would be more enjoyable. He is 220 lb though.. so it might not be a problem for others. ... show more

I got it. Works well enough. Butt. I now cannot feel my left foot due to the strain that my left hip took, whilst ridding this brick. Yes that is what this is. You cannot ride this on any thing other than a smooth crackless surface. I should have gotten air filled tires, for one thing. Now i don’’tt know if my disorder will eventually lead to leg amputation or not. I will try for a refund. I am 53, and feel 103 now.What a brain jarring joint killing brick it is. So they told me to go to the library get a label . But when fed ex got here 8 hrs earlier than expected. And took the scooter without label whilst i slept. Scooter gone back now. But i still have neuropathy from left knee down ... show more

as soon as we received the item, we charged is and the scooter automatically had an error code "12E". we called customer service and they said we had to return it because the scooter was defective and they had to fix the issue. It is upsetting that we couldn't even enjoy the scooter once because it was delivered defective. ... show more

    • Never charged, company support was worthless
The title says all you really need to know. I got it out of the box, plugged it in, and all seemed good until it stopped charging at about 12%. Never even got to take it for a test run in the driveway. Contacted the company through the app. After essentially telling me to not charge it in the freezing cold (it wasn't) and to check that all connections were secure (they were, I'm not an idiot), they ghosted me.
