It’s been working for me to save time and scoot around nyc, I had tire punctured and fixed at e scooter shop one time, okai had replacement tire I ordered from their customer service. It does its job and saving my life. Thanks bunches. I wish it goes a bit far more battery and faster as an options so I can go around city more longer distances. But city’s limit is supposed to be 25mp. Sturdy and won’t tip over easily like stand up scooter from ding on the street. The item arrived defective. Would not power on and made this odd electric buzzing noise. I thought it be simple to just send me replacement from Amazon but they won’t replace this like normally. Just give you a refund if you return it. The company that makes them don’t just replace it either on promise to return the broken one. No they want you to send them email with the Amazon order number and video showing it broken and they get back to you. Their whole process to get a replacement could take up ten business days or longer. You Berger just returning or buying a new one but because this been such a let down for her she does not want to buy another one and so now a I have a upset wife to sad father’s looking forward to all have matching scooters to rice together. I’ve rented and owned many scooters, and I have to say this scooter is the perfect balance of efficiency, comfort and value. The seat is comfortable, and the ride is soft due to its longer wheelbase. The screen is just fine during the daytime. The key to unlock it is awesome. It’s not highly portable - it’s heavy. I recommend it - I get a lot of smiles when people see me riding. Box arrived slighly damaged, but none of the components were harmed. Putting it together was fairly easy and was fully completed in under 30minutes. Driving is smooth, and it can reach top speed quickly and maintains 15mph on hills and bumps. The seat only clamps on, so it can twist or loosen with use. Works perfectly aside from those few errors, which can likely be fixed with creating a screw base where the seat connects to the scooter. ... show more

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. It worked great for approximately 1 week, Then showed error code 13 and a little red wrench. Been trying to get the scooter replaced for a month now. They contacted me through email and said it was a battery issue and sent another one. However the scooter stayed the same and showed the same error code 13. Spoke to someone on the phone and they said I needed the scooter replaced due to an electrical issue. I have still have not been sent a replacement and my daughter cannot enjoy her Christmas present. ... show more

I was expecting something at least functional for the price I paid, but this scooter just looks nice in the picture and doesn’t work in real life. The lock on the base broke right after I opened the box, then some of the pieces started falling apart. The sis never stays straight, it moves all the time and is very unsecure. It’s great for my daughter. The battery is long range and it’s easy to ride. The key is unreliable and fragile. Rear view mirrors are needed and there are no after market mirrors that fit.
