    • Vacuums even the finest sediment.
The media could not be loaded. This pool vacuum works great. It works on propulsion to move around the pool. Meaning the wheels do not provide traction to move around the pool. This vacuum is also low to the ground so it might get stuck if your pool is not even. My pool settled and it left some minor high and low spots. I came up with a solution. See attached video. I used the retrieving ring at the end of the rope and inserted a piece of noodle in the ring. I had to cut the noddle multiple times in order to leep the vacuum at the bottom of the pool but just enough for it to be buoyant. The noodle provides enough buoyancy to skim at the bottom of the pool and it prevents from getting stuck. You can still attach another ring to retrieve the vacuum at the end of its cycle. Great suction, propulsion, filtering of water and battery. In the video you'll see the orange noodle about 5" Long. Hope this helps. ... show more

This is not expensive, and it works so well. It is easy to use and has a quick charge. I used it all summer in my 24ft round and it did a great job. This works and I would purchase it again.

I’ve had this pool cleaner a year. Last year it was great. This season it doesn’t seem to want to fully charge. Not sure what’s going on. Stored it inside during off season. I’ll still troubleshoot it. Hoping it lasts. UPDATE: Reached out to the manufacturer twice with no response. Device wouldn’t charge. Ran maybe 15 mins at most. I contacted Amazon to see if I had any recourse! They refunded me full price for the return. One of the reasons I love Amazon! THANK YOUUU! ... show more

    • Brand new and has never worked for more than 10 minutes at at time@#!!
This pool cleaner has stopped working after ~ 10 minutes each of the three times I've used it. It is definitely fulled charged, clean, and being used properly on a flat bottom pool. At first I thought it would just stall out and eventually restart, but no such luck. It just sits there, in the middle of the pool or at the wall. I've tried turning it off, then back on-same result, ~ 10 minutes of use. I also tried to tug it over to another area to see if it would restart. Nothing works. I've sent an email to the support page listed in the owner's manual and have received no response. Amazon won't allow me to return it either. I will update this review if I ever hear from Ofuzzi, but it at this point it looks like $300 wasted!! ... show more

It works get but it stalls on the side. The ports will open and close but it won’t move until you manually push it. Do I need to adjust the degree it’s moving or is it faulty? Also, it does release some of the dirt back in the pool when you pick it up. Update: I took the suction covers off and it works like a charm! No more stalling on the sides. I do have wrinkles but I didn’t think they would cause any issues since they were small but they did. Very happy with this vacuum now that I got that figured out! The media could not be loaded. So for the price I paid, it works well. It has really helped to clean our pool. Every time we empty it is has been full of leaves and dirt that had settled on the bottom of the pool after the winter. The cons to this machine is 1) it almost always stops in the middle of the pool when finished rather than going to the edge of the pool like it’s supposed to do. 2) it will randomly stop moving even though it shows from the sides that it should be moving and so I will have to be gently push it with the handle to get it moving again. We bought this one because it’s what was in our price range at the moment and we needed a vacuum that would actually work to help us get our pool open, but I wouldn’t purchase it again. I’m planning on saving up my money and getting the high quality one that I really wanted but couldn’t afford. But like I said, it does clean well, it just doesn’t move the way it’s supposed to and it doesn’t park at the wall when finished. ... show more

I was hesitant to purchase this because it says for “flat surfaces” in ground or above ground pools. I can say that after once use I’m so happy I took the chance! This picks up leaves, dirt, bugs, hair etc from the bottom of our 12’x24’ oval above ground pool with ease. I wouldn’t say the bottom of our pool is flat to perfection as we installed the pool ourselves lol. Cleaning the robot after use is super easy and I love that it’s rechargeable. Thank god I don’t have to use my hand held vacuum anymore or fight with hoses. Charge it and drop it in your pool and it doesn’t the job—a good job at that. This is definitely worth the money and a must have for anyone that wants to drop it and forget it while getting the bottom of your pool clean! You will NOT be disappointed. ... show more

    • Not what I expected
This is a cute little vacuum, fun to watch but… did not perform as expected. It moves too fast, instead of picking the stuff up it just stirs it up.. the dirt and yuk look like it’s gone, but settles back to the bottom.. I returned it. Customer service and the refund made very easy.
