    • The end of annoyance
For a while my chair started slowly dropping the hydraulic shaft and as someone who likes it at full height, that's a problem. I will admit I had my doubts, but honestly these little rings saved my chair. If you have a chair you really like, and don't want to deal with fully replacing the hydraulic shaft, these work wonders. This really works and supports my chair very well. I think this is a better option than buying a new piston. This took care of my problem in less than 2 minutes. Was cheaper than buying new chair and less work than replacing piston. One of smaller rings no good, flawed molding process kept it from snapping closed but enough of other to keep chair very close to max height

    • Quick fix to save a nice chair
We got this really nice office chair free, but it would not stay up. Because we were okay with keeping it at a constant height, we got this kit. The parts were very easy to install with a channel lock tool. The rings are very sturdy and look inconspicuous.

    • Just what I needed
I was given a free office chair. Naturally the air cylinder was shot. This product was a cheap fix. I used plastic ties on each piece to help keep them closed (other had a problem with them popping open), so far all is well.

I can't tell you how many chairs I keep having to throw away. I'm a big guy and my chairs always lose their ability to stay up within a year. I finally tried these things and they work perfectly. Now I can keep my same comfy chair I'm used to.
