Really like this knife set. The display rack is great, looks good and keeps the knives organized. So far I’ve used 5 of the knives. They are staying nice and sharp, just make sure to clean them after use and dry them off too. I would recommend these for any kitchen.

The nouveau professional knives

The knives are very very sharp, I like that it requires very little pressure applied to use. The knives slide right through. The color of the Handles are very nice., and the handles very easy to grip and are sturdy. Glad I made the purchase.

It's a good little knife set, especially if you aren't trying to spend money on a whole knife block with a bunch of steak knives you don't need. The handle feels a little weird/light but the knives are super sharp. I cut my finger getting them out the package so that speaks for itself.

Meh...look at a few others

I have purchased a few low priced Kitchen knife sets. I've been very happy in the past. I find that the blades deteriorate after about 18 months of use and sharpening. Still useful but not when a very sharp edge is needed. However, I've always been happy with the handles. This set the blades seem ok
but the handles are smaller, cheaper (think dollars store), and shorter which is disappointing given I have larger hands. Can't say that they aren't sharp but I see limited use in my home...
