I love this machine! The remote doesn't work but the machine is great! It has added so much more mobility to me and my husband. My legs and feet used to hurt so bad after standing on concrete for 8 hrs. Now just 15 mins in the morning on low and 15 at night, I have no pain or jumpy leg syndrome when I l sleep. MAN i got this in the mail and was really skeptical at first, I didn't think it'd hold me up but at 400lb it's doing GREAT and it's a pretty good workout I really worked up a sweat and my legs felt it. It's a little noise but I have hardwood floors (easy fix I'll get a rug) It actually relieved pain in my lower back and I wasn't expecting pain relief but I got it. It's easy to use BUT you will need to get use to the speed of the vibration, I wouldn't recommend using for more then a few minutes a day and build up to a full workout. ... show more

I got it and was not quite sure I was going to get my money's worth. I absolutely love it. I use it in the mornings before work and again in the evenings before bed. I just received but there were no instructions, I’m not sure how to set things. The remote does not work. I’m not too happy with it. If I could get some instructions and a remote that would be great.
