I purchased this in 2021, and it's still going strong in 2024. Remote is fine. It's not intuitive, so I have to read the manual to change some of the settings. No problem and the batteries have to be replaced. The platform is stable for a person weighing more than 350 LBS. I recently could not find my manual. It is too early to say if it is helping me lose weight yet. It feels like it likely is. The vibrations are strong, it feels good and I am surprised how well it works. This is shaking every muscle in my body. You feel it up to your neck and face. You tilt or lean just a bit one way and the focus of the shakes change and then lean another way and it changes.
