I purchased this item as a gift at the very beginning of January. I arrived faster than expected. It was packed really great. I like the bag and the car charger. I tried it several times on my neck and lower back. It works just great and makes good deep massage. I like the option to regulate depth of massage by the two straps. The heating adds a lot to the massage. I like the power supply since battery-operated massagers have many negative reviews regarding life of batteries. So far so good. This is the best massaging machine I have gotten. It is easy to operate. The massaging gets multiple depths on my neck/shoulders muscles. You can put your hands in the straps and adjust how deep the massage goes. The heat function works well too. Overall, I would buy again and give as a gift. This massager is a good product for quick relief of minor muscle pain. I use it on my thighs after leg day as well. The only two down side Ms is when using on the neck area the straps for you hands to be placed in is awfully short and therefore you end up in an uncomfortable position which takes our focus away from the good it does for the neck and shoulder areas. My only recommendation is to lean back on product to prevent this from happening. The second issue is that it does not heat very well at all. It just pretty much glows. this was a great investment! i will definitely be using this daily to help relieve tension. i carry all my stress in my neck and trap muscles. after a few cycles with this, i felt so relaxed! helped with my cervicogenic migraines too!! the heated feature is amazing. make sure to do at least 2 cycles to feel the benefit of the heat. you can also use it on your entire back. ... show more

This product is great and feels really good on the back and neck. I tried one at work that a coworker left in our break room. My husband surprised me with my own a few weeks later. I always have big knots in my neck and back muscles. I used this while watching TV, for maybe half an hour total- over my t shirt - moving it around between lower, upper back and neck. When I got up I felt like my back was sunburned. It was red all over my back and this blister/burn has formed. This picture is after 24 hours of using silvadene burn cream and a dressing over it. 🫠😢 Just beware if you buy one. This is amazing. Works absolute magic. I have (or had) such serious neck tension that my jaw was clenched and extremely painful. I would get inflamed pain in my teeth bc of my tight jaw. THREE DAYS with the neck tek and I had considerable relief. One week later my jaw is almost normal. It works out knots. You put your arms through the slings and can determine the pressure yourself. Closest thing I have found to a real massage as far as massage machines go. I like the different settings. The only thing I didn’t expect was that you have to keep it plugged in for it to work. There’s no battery inside. But the best neck massager I have used yet.
