    • Different - but effective
When I first opened this neck massager I wondered how the heck it would work. This is no ordinary massager that vibrates or that has roller balls. It is different than every other neck massager I've ever seen. The best way to describe it is that it has what looks like fingers protruding from a big neck roll. It took quite a bit of finagling to get it placed on my neck with the "fingers" in the right spot. I had to look down as it was difficult, if not impossible, otherwise. Then I turned it on. Boy was I shocked. It actually felt very close to someone's very strong hands - without getting tired and applying equal pressure. While I could use the massager without looking down, it just wasn't as effective for my incredibly tight muscles which are often in constant spasm. It is also effective for other areas that have enough for it to "grab" onto. This isn't a general massager that you can use anywhere, but it is very effective. If you have tight neck and shoulder muscles or calf muscles, this is good to have in your arsenal for relief. ... show more

This massager can be used on your neck, shoulders, and back. It kneads pretty good, has slow and fast setting, and a hot setting which heats up pretty fast. Out of the box you just place over your neck and strap the belt around your waist while draping the long ones over your shoulder. What I like- the kneading technology that feels just like an actual massage, plus you can add heat as well. Also, it’s super SUPER quiet. The design is easy to clean. What I don’t like- auto turns off within an hour runtime, difficult to tie around your waist when using on your back, difficult to change settings while wearing it since buttons are very high up- I found it easier to change settings while looking in the mirror after turning it off, there are no personalized controls such as timers or massage style just speed. This massager is pretty basic and is perfect for gifting too. If you are looking for a simple to use massager, I recommend you get one of these and upgrade later when you know what your needs are with a neck massager. ... show more

    • Interesting mechanism
These massagers are a newer design, and have an interesting mechanism. They feel much different than the traditional massagers. It does seem like it has a limited application and isn't as versatile. If you're looking for your neck and shoulders with a kneading movement, then you'll love it!

I had no idea a portable/rechargeable massager could have this much ooomph! The first thing you notice is how deep the massage can be, because the motor driving the massaging action is powerful enough. I was shocked how good this felt in use. The straps that hang down allow you to manipulate how 'deep' the massage feels but I had to add very little pressure to get a great tension releasing neck massage. I tried it with the heat mode on too, but the heat doesn't feel that strong, probably because the massaging fingers keep the device slightly raised from your skin. But I didn't care! I just loved the massage. Now I can sit at the computer and get a tension relieving massage on my terms. What a blessing. ... show more

This unit is a cordless unit with a USB-C charging port. The unit has two modes of massage with two speeds. It has a heating mode that can be turn on and off. The heat is nice and warm. Not too hot. The unit is cordless so I didn't have to worry about finding an outlet nearby. It is fully adjustable for intensity, fit and length of massage, even choose between heat or no heat. The best part for me anyway is that there are no cords to deal with. My neck needed this. I haven't used the heating feature yet, but the massage feature has been really helpful, especially when you're neck is stiff from a bad nights rest. I really appreciate having this!
