I purchased the Waterfall tabletop water fountain on Mar. 4. It was easy to assemble and it worked very well. However the motor stopped working on April. 15. I realized that the return deadline was April 6, but I tried calling the company, Nature's Mark on April 17th. They wanted a video of the fountain which I found impossible to send through WeTransfer. I tried to send it through email as an attachment and they claimed they never received it. I had 2 Apple technicians trying to help me. We failed. The final blow was that they claimed they never received the video I made through WeTransfer and subsequent emails. They really don't want to honor the customer and their water fountain only lasted 5 weeks. It's odd that this only lasted 9 days past the refund date. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Got my water fountain today and I love it!!! Definitely worth the money. Easy to set up and just looks beautiful!! As an update. The only problem I have had was the batteries dying within a day and they were lithium batteries. However because it had a plug in adapter it could still run. I still love it just wish I knew why the batteries kept dying so quickly. Updated Review. I really really loved this fountain however 1) it kept eating the batteries when i tried to use it by battery operation. Luckily i bought the one wth the cord adapter. Sadly after using it for a couple of months now the motor sounds like it is about to go out and end up having to turn it off. I still loved it though. 🥺 ... show more

I bought this for my little greenhouse cabinet. It’s good for the price but certainly constructed cheaply (obviously). When I first pulled it out of the box and filled it with water, it was spurting water out of the bottom and not the top. So I took it apart, gently pulling the tower from the base and unscrewing the top cover. It was broken in one corner and the pump wasn’t connected to the tube leading up the tower. I snapped those together and found whatever the little light was attached to was snapped off broken as well. So, while all the parts and pieces work, it didn’t arrive ready to go and required some tinkering. If you buy this and it doesn’t work correctly, try taking it apart and checking the pump connection. I’m happy with this purchase overall. I’m including a photo of the type of pump used in this fountain. Once I connected everything and got it assembled, it worked great. Use distilled water in this only to avoid the mineralization. ... show more

I really love this little fountain I bought another one around the same time I purchased this one it was much smaller and much cheaper and the smaller and cheaper one works a little bit better only concerning the fact that this one runs out of water rather quickly I have to refill it at least once a day or every two days while the little one sustains for a few days that's my only complaint other than that I love both of my fountains and I would purchase again, maybe not for $30 though, considering. And also the background mirror gets really dirty and it's hard to clean👍 ... show more

Nice little fountain but the LED colors die quickly. The red light is the only one in the rotation that still works and I haven’t even had it a full month. Update: stopped working well after maybe 2 months. Tried it tonight and the motor started making a loud whining noise. My fountain arrived yesterday, and I love it! I might end up buying another one, because it sounds so nice that I want one in both living room and bedroom. And if you only put distilled water in it, there are no minerals, etc. so that it won't mess up the little mirror with water marks. Distilled water may also help the pump last longer for the same reason. Minerals can build up inside and shorten it's life. I love it; and if you are browsing and end up here reading this, I think that you will too. It uses very little water, by the way; it's small but gives your room a nice water sound. I've had several of these little fountains over the years; learned some things the hard way. :) ... show more

Bought this item on March 2nd and here it is April 29th and I noticed the bottom light quit working and the top light only has red, waterfall still works, I only turn it on for 2 hours a day, so tell me why the lights quit working? Beautiful product easy to put together but definitely not worth the price I paid just to have a red light and waterfall, I still used to to hear the sound of the water but Miss the color light show and there's no way of replacing the bulb, very disappointed ... show more
