Got this to have in the office. Nice little conversation starter. Easy to assemble and maintain. Just add water once its plugged in to have soothing water trickling down. Helps me relieve stress.

We were so excited to get this small table-top fountain and hear the relaxing sound of water flowing. The pump seems to be undersized though. From the beginning, it barely pumped water up to start the flow, then after about a month, the pump sound got louder and the flow got so weak that it wouldn't even trickle into the bowls below, it just ran down the front of the top bowl down to the basin. Now all you can hear is the noisy pump and not the water flowing :( I tried cleaning it out, which helped for one day :( I think that the pump is just not strong enough to do the job. I'm sad that the pump made it barely past the return date, because now I can't return it, but it also doesn't work. It's so loud now, that we don't plug it in anymore...the loud motor sound is very annoying. I am going to have to buy a new pump for it--one that is a bit stronger. ... show more

The set up is fairly easy but the tube that filters the water will sometimes get twisted or clogged? So the water has less pressure and drip all down the sides of it if you aren’t watching. Overall pretty good little fountain with minor imperfections. The noice level is extremely low. Will not be able to hear it if you have any noise in the background. This is a nice relaxing product that I have sitting in my office. The noise level is not too loud - you can't really hear the pump. It's really fun to use at night because of the color changing effect the orb has. A few things - Getting the water level right is key. Not enough water in the basin and the orb doesn't spin. Too much and one small bump causes water to slosh out of the basin. This one is obvious - keep out of pup's reach. My dog hopped up in the chair and decided she liked the fountain better as a water dish. Fountain stayed in place, surprisingly. It did not come with assembly instructions so I had to figure it out on my own. Not overly challenging, but a bit inconvenient. Getting the motor to anchor to the bottom of the basin with the suction cup feature isn't easy. Last - I love the light feature it comes with but it's kind of wasted during the day. Would be nice to be able to turn it off but still be able to use the fountain during the day. ... show more

Within two months after purchasing this, it is now in the garbage. It is a beautiful fountain but it started leaking after the first month. It finally got to the point where it was loosing all of its water daily and after numerous attempts to fix it (making sure all tubes were connected and no cracks) we gave up. Maybe we got a bad one? My husband can fix pretty much anything besides dinner, and he could not fix this. The water gurgles pretty loud but some people might like that. I purchased this as a gift for a friend and once it was put together, we were both very pleased with the results! It works well and it is very pretty and calming.
