Nearly every single person that walks thru my door makes a comment on how nice the fountain looks. I’ve had this for five years- leave it running 24/7. The first one I had started to be a little too worn after 4 years, and I replaced it with an identical model. I fill with tap water, about every 3 days? It does get dirty, and sometimes the water holes get clogged and shoot water everywhere. It’s easily fixable with a pipe cleaner. Highly recommend this product.     • Beautiful piece, great for entertaining, some regular maintenance required.

The media could not be loaded. Great product, a little expensive but an excellent conversation piece to have in your living room. Everyone always stares at it when they come in, it's super chill and relaxing. Takes about 60-90 minutes to set up and the Styrofoam packaging gets everywhere. There's a couple minor maintenance issues; you have to use distilled water and fill it back up about twice a week because water evaporates. I also put a few drops of algaecide weekly just to prevent algae. In addition, you have to keep it running all the time or else water dries up on the mirror and won't flow properly. The water level must be kept above the filter or it makes a loud noise, and you have to make sure the wire from the filter is not touching anything or it hums. But if you are diligent in maintaining it, everything turns out fine. I had the problem of water not flowing over the entire mirror after a couple weeks, but I used a toothbrush to clean the water holes and some glass cleaner for the mirror behind and the problem went away. All in all, it's a beautiful piece and I highly recommend it if you entertain guests in your house. It adds to the Zen vibe in my place and although expensive, I'm glad I got it. ... show more

Easy to install and get working. It's been a few days, and so far I've had no serious issues. But I do have 3 small complaints - 1. There is a very minor splashing on the left side. I think it has to do with the water coming out of the last two jets. They might be getting a little more pressure than the others. I've tried changing the water flow on the pump, but that hasn't had an effect. 2. The hum of the pump is a little louder than I'd like. 3. The light is a little weak. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love the concept of this and actually initially loved the execution. I didn’t even mind having to refill so often with distilled water. However, I purchased it LESS THAN 90 DAYS ago and already THREE of the spouts no longer work. I guess any day now, the others will also stop working. I have followed ALL directions to the tee! Hoping the seller will see this and contact me as I’m just days beyond the return option. For nearly $500, this should not be the review I have to write! Be very cautious. I would steer clear of this product unless the seller makes the defeats right! Not OK! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered two of these and I would say, the price was worth it! We placed it on our entryway and I get a lot of compliments from visitors... It gives you that "spa" feeling, sometimes I just sit in our living room listening to the tranquility the water flow brings. It was very easy to assemble. You just have to attached the mirror to the base and then all the small parts are very simple to put together. We used distilled water and it's all worth it. It don't leave any water marks at all and it's actually back to being crystal clear when the mirror dries. We run it about 8-10 hours a day maybe 3-4x a week and we probably add a liter of water only after about using it a total of 5 days. We use it indoor and that's probably the reason why it dont waste water that much! The water pump could get noisy when it's touching the sides. It creates that vibrating sound that could be annoying, all you need to do is move it away from the sides and then that noise stops... I wanted to change the stones since those stones are not really that attractive but im afraid that if I use a different set of stones, it might dirty the water and it might create streak marks on the mirror so I decided to just stay with the ones that came with it. I am in love with these waterfall mirror fountain. I hope they last long!!! We shall see! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love my waterfall!!! Received shipment fast. The picture online does the product no justice. It’s absolutely beautiful. This is day three so I’ll circle back with an update later. The Amazon driver did not follow my directions . I asked that the product be delivered and placed in the back of the property. The driver left it in the front standing up and did not ring the doorbell. Anyone could have taken it . It could have fallen over . They could have leaned it against the house.
