Love this waterfall fountain. Wish it had an on/off switch, so you don't have to constantly plug/unplug it, but I bought a surge protector with an on/off switch to resolve that issue. It's very quiet as well. I reached out to Alpine with a question and they were readily available and helpful.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered two of these and I would say, the price was worth it! We placed it on our entryway and I get a lot of compliments from visitors... It gives you that "spa" feeling, sometimes I just sit in our living room listening to the tranquility the water flow brings. It was very easy to assemble. You just have to attached the mirror to the base and then all the small parts are very simple to put together. We used distilled water and it's all worth it. It don't leave any water marks at all and it's actually back to being crystal clear when the mirror dries. We run it about 8-10 hours a day maybe 3-4x a week and we probably add a liter of water only after about using it a total of 5 days. We use it indoor and that's probably the reason why it dont waste water that much! The water pump could get noisy when it's touching the sides. It creates that vibrating sound that could be annoying, all you need to do is move it away from the sides and then that noise stops... I wanted to change the stones since those stones are not really that attractive but im afraid that if I use a different set of stones, it might dirty the water and it might create streak marks on the mirror so I decided to just stay with the ones that came with it. I am in love with these waterfall mirror fountain. I hope they last long!!! We shall see! ... show more

This waterfall is a terrific buy. It not only adds to the beauty of your home, it's very relaxing. Customer support is top-notch. There have been several occasions that I have had my questions answered by courteous and knowledgeable representatives. They were always there to help. I love the sound of the water trickling and it looks beautiful. Putting it together wasnt too bad and I did it by myself. Had to watch a video to make sure I was doing it right. There's just one spot the water doesn't come out like the others and I've adjusted, cleaned, but hardly noticeable. Still looks beautiful and love it. ... show more

At this point, I cannot fully review the fountain itself in action because I have not quite reached this point. However, I can say that (before getting it operational) it is beautiful and everything we might have expected. What I can do now is tell you about the amazing customer service I experienced when I had a problem with the pump. I recently assembled the fountain (no problems), and it looks great. But when I plugged in the pump, nothing happened. After working through the troubleshooting options, it was pretty clear to me that the pump was defective--not making any noise or vibration when connected to verified power. So I wrote to customer service and explained the issue. I asked that they please send a replacement pump. Here is the big thing: I sent that email to them late on a Saturday afternoon. Within about 2 hours (late on a Saturday), I got a response from Jamie Alforque in Customer Service saying that, of course, they would send me a replacement pump. No questions asked. Just the reply that they would certainly send a replacement immediately. They did send it right away by FedEx , and I have since received it. Although I have not yet installed the pump into the fountain because it was a gift and is located at another house and I have not yet had that opportunity, I did plug it in under water to make sure it is functional. And it certainly is working. I may update the review of the fountain itself later after we have it working. What I can say now is that Alpine's customer service, and that of Jamie Alforque in particular, is exceptional. And the fountain looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend that you can feel secure in ordering one of their fountains, assuming that it fits your decor and your application because if there is a problem, they will fix it. Based on my experience, they will do so rapidly, competently, and courteously. I wish all customer support were like this. Thanks Jamie and Alpine, for the great support! ... show more

Easy to assemble. Beautiful. Child go anywhere in the house. I think it's a but over priced for the quality. It's literally just a see through mirror and tank. You have to add water every 3-4 days so the water filter remains covered. If not, you will find water has begun to shoot out in the floor. If leaving for 5 days or more I would turn it off unless you have someone to add water for you. ... show more

Picture on the left is how it is now. Picture on the right shows how the water on the left side was falling away from the side. This item arrived nicely packed in two boxes. I separated them to move them since I didn't have a helper that day and they were heavier together. I installed it myself (78 year old) in my Palram solarium. You can hear the pump but it isn't too loud. At first the water didn't cover the entire mirror and after trying all the suggestions in the instructions I emailed Alpine support. They were very responsive but really didn't have anything new to try. After two weeks the water on the left got better. Still not perfect but good enough. It has been very hot here in Southern Oregon the past 2 weeks (90s) and I need to put in a gallon of water each day. Great to sit and relax to the quiet water flow. ... show more
