The media could not be loaded. Great product, a little expensive but an excellent conversation piece to have in your living room. Everyone always stares at it when they come in, it's super chill and relaxing. Takes about 60-90 minutes to set up and the Styrofoam packaging gets everywhere. There's a couple minor maintenance issues; you have to use distilled water and fill it back up about twice a week because water evaporates. I also put a few drops of algaecide weekly just to prevent algae. In addition, you have to keep it running all the time or else water dries up on the mirror and won't flow properly. The water level must be kept above the filter or it makes a loud noise, and you have to make sure the wire from the filter is not touching anything or it hums. But if you are diligent in maintaining it, everything turns out fine. I had the problem of water not flowing over the entire mirror after a couple weeks, but I used a toothbrush to clean the water holes and some glass cleaner for the mirror behind and the problem went away. All in all, it's a beautiful piece and I highly recommend it if you entertain guests in your house. It adds to the Zen vibe in my place and although expensive, I'm glad I got it. ... show more

Easy to install and get working. It's been a few days, and so far I've had no serious issues. But I do have 3 small complaints - 1. There is a very minor splashing on the left side. I think it has to do with the water coming out of the last two jets. They might be getting a little more pressure than the others. I've tried changing the water flow on the pump, but that hasn't had an effect. 2. The hum of the pump is a little louder than I'd like. 3. The light is a little weak. ... show more

Love this waterfall fountain. Wish it had an on/off switch, so you don't have to constantly plug/unplug it, but I bought a surge protector with an on/off switch to resolve that issue. It's very quiet as well. I reached out to Alpine with a question and they were readily available and helpful.

This is to-date my biggest Amazon purchase and I couldn't be happier. Delivery was excellent, packaging was very good, it was super easy to assemble, and it runs beautifully. The fountain is a very impressive statement piece in my living room. I love that it sits on the floor so I didn't have to worry about mounting a heavy item to studs. My fountain is plugged into a smart plug so I just tell Alexa to turn on the fountain when I get home, or from my phone if I want it on when I arrive with guests, and I have instant waterfall. The sound is very relaxing, and I've had no issues with the pump. I don't get nearly the evaporation I expected, which is nice - I don't have to add water often at all. The price of this fountain was much better than I could find elsewhere but not to worry - the quality is excellent, and the unit overall looks and functions like a very expensive fountain. I contacted customer service with a concern that turned out to be nothing, but they were responsive and helpful. Overall, I think this fountain is an excellent price and choice for a tall, beautiful, and impressive addition if you are looking for a home or office fountain. The media could not be loaded. I love the concept of this and actually initially loved the execution. I didn’t even mind having to refill so often with distilled water. However, I purchased it LESS THAN 90 DAYS ago and already THREE of the spouts no longer work. I guess any day now, the others will also stop working. I have followed ALL directions to the tee! Hoping the seller will see this and contact me as I’m just days beyond the return option. For nearly $500, this should not be the review I have to write! Be very cautious. I would steer clear of this product unless the seller makes the defeats right! Not OK! ... show more

I always wanted something "just like" this, but it turns out that this is exactly what I wanted. As for "negatives," the pipe connecting the pump to the base sometimes rattles and needs you to put on a rubber glove and put your hand in there to get the pump back on the foam pad to cease the unwanted sound. Other than that, you just need to use common sense to check the water level when hot/humid temperatures make the distilled water evaporate and top it off regularly to compensate. Other than that, this product is amazing, and those "negatives" are merely non-issues if you remain diligent with your maintenance. Sure to elevate a living quarters. I highly recommend this product, and can confirm that people will love the presence of the mirror-waterfall at gatherings. The sound and overall ambiance are really something else. ... show more

I first saw this fountain in my dentist's office and loved it. Staff there told me it was about three years old and they had never had one problem with it! Especially important: it does not splash. The mirror is not gawdy at all. If you place it in the right space and at the right angle, people actually think it's a window, rather than a reflection in the mirror! It's an easy way to make a small space look larger. At the dentist office, they have it in front of a doorway they never use. Not only does it hide the door, it reflects plants from across the room, creating an entirely different dynamic. I live in Arizona and having a water feature is so soothing in the dead, dry heat of the summer. I get so many compliments and it's a great conversation piece. The water is very hard where I live (despite having a water softener) so I will add a special product to eliminate calcium build up. They are very inexpensive and can be found anywhere--likely Amazon! Highly recommend this amazing piece. The video and photos make it look kind of cheesy, but I assure you--it's top quality and adds a great vibe to any room. ... show more
