This tastes great. I just put a few drops under my tongue and I am ready for bed in 20 minutes. This helps me to to 6 pretty solid hours of sleep. If I awaken sooner than that (kids, dog hogging bed, cats butt on my face trying to suffocate me) I might be a little dizzy getting up, so i take it when I project at least 6 hours of down time. I don't take it all the time, and I've been using this product for over a year now at least 2-3x a week, and don't feel like I've become addicted to it in order to sleep without it. ... show more

I'm 74 and fit, exercising several times a week. I've been having issues keeping asleep after about 3 hours. Medical sources state that melatonin declines with age I take only about a half dropper if I have issues not falling back to sleep. I then sleep right through the night. I have been buying this exact product from my local store for years, but they recently stopped stocking it, so when I found it here, I was stoked! Most melatonin supplements in stores come in at least 5mg of melatonin per pill/serving, but most people only need 1mg or less for it to be effective. But what I really like about this product is that 1 serving equals 4 full (1ml) droppers, meaning each dropper-full (1ml) contains 0.25mg of melatonin. I personally find that 0.5mg works for me most of the time, so I appreciate the flexibility this product offers by allowing me to take more precise doses to suit my needs night-to-night! ... show more

I thought this was a product for children originally however I wasn’t upset when I realized the truth. I suffer from insomnia and needed this. However it recommends to take three mgs and that didn’t help me with getting any rest. I also didn’t like the taste.
