We like the look of this unit and it was simple to install. We are however disappointed in the heater portion of the unit. The heat output is at the top of the unit and the blower fan is terrible. The heat comes out to about 3” and just rises to the ceiling. So if you think your going to set in front of the fire and get warm; think again! I reached out to Napoleon and the first person thought it wasn’t working correctly but after she spoke to technical service they said it is working as designed. 🤔 ... show more

    • Very poor fireplace. Do not do business with Napoleon

Fireplace rattles and grinds. Seller failed to honor warranty requests, referring to manufacturer. Manufacturer will not honor its warranty, just keeps requesting videos of the fireplace which we have sent four times. They go silent, and when we reach out again, they tell us to send a video (again) and just disappear. Fireplace is a piece of junk and the company is worse. I have several fireplaces in multiple buildings and this by far is the worst. I would choose something different. ... show more

Good electric fireplace for the money. Instructions are impossible and not clear on how to install the glass once set in place. It said to bend flat the metal pieces on the glass which is not easy and scary so that the glass doesn’t break. Overall happy with delivery and the quality of the fireplace. Also did not receive the correct model which showed blue and red for flames. I received white and orange. ... show more
