I absolutely love this bundle. The camera is very good quality as well as the case! I absolutely love my sound machine. It has so many features such as setting routines, many different sounds, and custom or lots of color options for the nightlight. Cheap plastics and accessories for a very high price. The stands steak and feel like they are going to break easily. The cameras are so very slow and sensitive. One wrong move and they shut down while the app spends time trying to figure it out. The app told me one was upgraded for several minutes, but I found it had just turned off and the app couldn't deal with. Later I tried updating again, when it finished I was immediately prompted to update the same camera. I still don't know if it updated or not. 0 out of 5 stars. Strap 35mm camera to a fishing pole for similar results. At least the power button would make sense. 20 seconds to turn something on?... No... ... show more

    • We love it but the streaming wait time is looong

This is our second Nanit pro purchase after the first one got thrown on the ground by the kiddo (the neck broke). We loved the app design and the age-relevant tips we get from the app. Because it live streams through the internet, we could watch the baby cam thousands of miles away. HOWEVER, the streaming connection is terrible at times, and the “getting video stream” wait time can be 20 seconds if it’s not straight up frozen. It’s frustrating when you hear the baby cry but can’t see what’s happening right away. Our internet is reliable for everything else, so I can only conclude that the problem comes from Nanit’s server. Please try to fix this problem because we love everything else about this product. ... show more

We loved this camera so much with our first son that we decided to spend the $250 for one for our second son. We don't have a lot of issues with the first camera. This camera is q different story. We are constantly having connectivity issues. Even the other camera will be working just fine while this one can't seem to connect. It is beyond frustrating to spend so much money for a camera to only have so many issues with. I used to highly recommend this camera to everyone, but I'm not sure if I will be able to with all of these issues we have been having. Another issue we have is Nanit states you can still monitor your baby without an active internet connection as long as you are connected to the same wifi network. Well, our internet is having issues due to a power outage and although our cameras are connected to the wifi, without internet, the cameras aren't working. So we will have to go purchase 2 other cameras to monitor our babies. ... show more
