Item was difficult to install and software questionable. Once item was assembled the feeding for the transfer sheet would not work, therefore no actual print was able to be made. My boyfriend & I watched YouTube for installing the ink . The software was actually ok. Just follow the instructions But the ink channel stumped me.(Printer Will not work properly). I have to be honest,I usually consider myself tech savvy . I enter into a new territory of learning dtf printer settings. Just as everyone says, Daisy was a great help. Just a reminder. It's definitely a big time zone between China & USA. So make sure you schedule a convenient hour between yourself & the tech. Because the techs work Monday - Friday 7Am - 9pm.. (China time) Unless you really need an help with your device They're willing to help you on the weekend. It's a costly printer but cheaper than the most of them out there. But it's so worth it when you can make designs on any colored t-shirts faster without the sublimation & inkjet hacks. Bottom line, I was a little frustrated with certain settings in the beginning but I 'm very happy that I took a chance on this printer. ... show more

    • Broke after 2 months
Worked like a dream for 2 months. Then the ink started to clog and after a little while, no amount of power flushes, print head clean outs or anything could fix the issue. You'll love it until you hate it. Now we have a year left of payments to make on a printer size paper weight.

The customer service were very helpful when setting up the software and printing for my printer. Although there were some items missing, they refunded the money and sent the missing items needed. I definitely would recommend this printer and manufacturer!

I have had this printer for over 3 months and I can never get it to work! The representatives are terrible and try to trouble shoot the same way 4 times! DO NOT BUY!

The only issue I have with this product is the downloading of the software that came with it, indicating that I am missing some firmware or what have you. I am a IT by trade and it has been difficult for even me. I enjoy the product, but unable to make a white background as the training showed and having to use my Silhouette software. ... show more

    • Don’t waste your money!
After waiting for our package for two weeks we finally got it and it was damaged! Not to mention it’s impossible to set up and you can’t get ahold of anyone to help you. The instruction usb video is impossible and doesn’t make any sense. Not to mention you can’t even download the software for it because it won’t even load. Ours didn’t even come with a power cord so lucky we had one similar laying around to power it up. Good luck getting ahold of the seller because they will send you generic messages back not even pertaining to the question you ask. ... show more
