    • A WHOLE lot better than the "connect" ones.
Night mode actually works pretty good on this one, way better than the more expensive "connect" one I had. So much so, I taped the sensor so it stays in night mode even during the day. Which leads me to the next issue, I can't see squat during the day unless the camera goes in night mode...hence the tape covered light sensor. Other than that, it's a winner in my book...especially compared to the 180+ dollar Motorola Connect set I had before this one. ... show more

Bought this for my toddler to keep an eye on him for nighttime sleep only. I knew I didn't want to spend more than $100 since we just had to get a new one for his baby sister. Well, you get what you pay for. It's a decent cam for a toddler, but I don't recommend for a baby if you want a crystal clear picture for all their naps/etc. You'll need to spend at least $150 for that. ... show more

My MIL bought us this for our second baby so we could have a video monitor in both kids' rooms. Our first Motorola monitor lasted three and a half years and was awesome, which led us to request this one. The video quality is terrible. In certain light you have to tilt it down to see anything. At other times, if it starts to get darker in the room, it doesn't switch to night vision and you can't see anything at all. You can basically only see clearly if it's fully bright in the room, but even then the picture is grainy. It does function well for sound. The battery does not last as long as the old model, but it lasts a few hours. It's not the worst monitor, but it's not reliable for video. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Received as baby shower gift. Pros- does what I need it to. It has some good basic features. Battery life is decent. Shows room temp and can alert you if goes over or under certain temp. Connect multiple cameras. Plays sounds. Has mic so you can talk from monitor to camera. Cons- poor camera quality very poor sometimes I cant see the baby on the monitor. Sometimes I have to close the blinds to put it in night mode to see. Sometimes that doesn’t work and I have to turn and adjust the camera to get it to realize to switch modes. The camera doesn’t point downward enough and I have to adjust the placement of it while baby is sleeping let’s be honest no one wants to move things around while baby sleeps bc you don’t want to risk waking baby. I don’t use the mic and I don’t use the white noise sounds. Would I buy this myself? No, the quality is that disruptive and I would return if I purchased it. ... show more
