The media could not be loaded. Fell in love with the look of this fan online and it did not disappoint when delivered. It arrived safe and sound and the instructions made it easy to install. It’s extremely light. The wood is such a pleasing walnut stain. Definitely easier to install with two people, just to have an extra set of hands. The only issue we had was misfitting the light shade but that was user error as we tried to fit it straight on but it screws! Just got a little stuck but as you can tell we got it on all right. It’s very quiet. Like unbelievably so. The light changes shades to fit whatever mood you need. The remote is easy to use, and the fan is super responsive as you can see in the video. It changes speeds and slows/stops so fast. I start it at 1 and then go to 6 and then go to 3. The range of speeds available is really nice. We like how this fan looks with our mid century modern style. And we like it so much that we’re buying a second one for another room! ... show more

We bought 2 of the 60" fans during prime days - without lights. The electrician installed them this morning and was very impressed with the quality and the fact that all the hardware was there. Chriari seems to have solved the too short screw problem, all were the correct length. The wood blades are beautiful and fit together well. The fan is well balanced so even on high speed the fans don't wobble, they push so much air, I doubt we will ever need high speed. The package includes weights to balance the blades, but it isn't needed. ... show more

The Chriari Ceiling fan is beautiful. Its modern design works well in a variety of decorative settings. Though the low energy consumption LED lighting has two light variations (white and yellow), the lighting illumination is not suitable for large rooms over 12x15. With six speeds of power, the blades provide very sufficient wind breeze. However, the noise factor at levels 4-6 reduces the wind efficacy. Still, a sleeping baby would not be disturbed by the noise of the higher fan speeds. This fan is perfect for a nursery, a small breakfast area, a primary suite bathroom, a small in-home office, or a smaller bedroom. The fan is easy to keep clean and the blades retain their beauty despite using soap and water to clean them. Though the fan itself is very simple to assemble, the installation is VERY COMPLICATED! Self-installation of this ceiling fan is not an option! Get ready to spend an additional $100 to $200 to have the fan professionally installed. ... show more

This fan is as easy to assemble and install and just about any other. If you are reasonably handy and have basic tools, you should have no issues. Looks great, runs smoothly and quietly. The remote is about 3x larger than it should be and looks like it was designed in the 90s but it technically does its job. My only problems are the inability to control the brightness of the light and every time you turn the power off at the switch (on the wall) the settings revert back to default (fan direction, remote beep level and light color). overall, good fan for the money though ... show more

There are about 8-12 sellers of this type of brown 60" 3-blade propeller ceiling fans on Amazon. Some don't allow for sloped ceilings. This maker is ONLY ONE with two remotes. A few have two rods and other had three. This one has three. Having issues with covering canopy cup deal but am working with supplier on that. Has size speeds where 1 and 2 are very close to same speed, same with 3 & 4, and as 5 with 6. 5 & 6 are very fast and I'll likely never use them. wished 1 & 2 were half the speed they are now so it would be a laxadaisical sweeping of the air. it is not. Hand remote takes 2 AAA's. The fan rotates in both directions and the button for this does not work with fan motionless. It has to spin for the button to work which does not make sense but that is how it is. I asked if the wall remote was separate and someone erroneously replied it was the hand report mounted on the wall. it is separate and is flat. both remotes make the fan beep so you know it took the button command. Wall remote takes CR2032 which I stole from Tile unit... Those are also nice. The one thing which was annoying is the battery cover on wall remote was a bit tenuous to close but is possible with grit. I am afraid the slot used for closing it will soon strip as its not deep. Now for installation tips/experience. Instructions were nice but had to take blades apart once to add ring. Would suggest an exploded diagram like on page 7 used to explain shaft. On downrod install steps, mention to take hanger ball off rod to get wire through shaft. The wiring colors between the motor and receiver and then to mounting bracket should use standard colors for electrical wiring which is white/black/green and not red/gray/brown. As I know wiring, I figured it out but for novices, this would be confusing. Used the middle rod so the wiring from motor to bracket is a bit long. Would suggest allowing a way to shorten electric wires especially if using 5" rod. I am so used to the hampton bay type ceiling fans. This propeller one is grey change. LUV IT. Was somewhat easy to mount and is lighter than expected for something it's size. Having mounting ball/socket helped a lot. Overall maybe took roughly ~45 minutes to do everything. For someone like me who procrastinates, this install task is daughting, but the end result is the key to get the job done. Well worth it. Still have to fix the canopy cup deal but should get that fixed soon. ... show more
