1. Product was damaged on arrival 2. Fireplace didn't fit the TV cabinet 3. The instructions manual misses out important instructions, so you would have to spend a lot of time figuring out things 4. After following all the instructions on the manual, the TV cabinet still was not very sturdy. Very easy to assemble. The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star is that the little metal like clips given to support the glass broke immediately! It caused my glass to drop but I am grateful it didn’t shatter. Update: Seller reached out and offered to send out new metal clasp for the glass. Love the look. I could have used more heat options on the actual fireplace but it basically does the work. Settings = High, Low, and Off. No temperatures. Overall everything was fine until it was time to put the glass shelves the glass is short so when you try to sit it on the brackets one side is short then the other one therefore it cause majority of my brackets to break due to the weight of the weight of the glass and now I’m stuck with two glass shelves that I haven’t been able to put on cause I’m looking for brackets that can hold the glass smh. ... show more
