My pink scooter arrived early and packed well! Easy to put together! Once fully charged, ran well and loved having a removal key so the scooter can’t be stolen if left unattended. No problems running uphill on concrete but not so good on grass uphill. Does well on level grass or gravel and seems like a long lasting battery as I used it for 4 days at a resort on vacation and still have lots of battery power left. The ink color is so cute and got lots of fun comments on vacation! I purchased a cute backpack to attach to the seat for various things I wanted to take with me in addition to the sturdy basket. Loved that there is a charging port on the scooter to charge one’s phone if needed. All in all, I am so happy with my purchase. I purchased a different scooter 2 1/2 years ago where I had to put a bike cable lock on it if going into a place because it only had an on /off switch, no key, then after a year had to replace the batteries as they longer charge.d. Again this year had to replace the batteries, which were over $70.00 each time!!! This time, replacing the batteries didn’t run the other scooter! Turns out the charger connection has corrosion on the battery case! To replace the battery case was going to cost us over $300.0! So I decided to buy a new scooter instead of trying to fix the old one! So be careful when looking to purchase a scooter for a senior citizen like myself….my pink scooter cost me around $750.00 and so far is well worth the investment. My original scooter cost me $700.00 and ended up being a costly piece of junk! I have only had this pink scooter for a month and love everything about it! I bought this for my Mom because her normal wheel chair is super bulky and heavy to lift. This scooter has a long battery life. It is super easy to get in and out of the car. She loves it. We take it everywhere we go!!

It's pretty small, but works good. The battery just sits in place with a screw down knob so sometimes it needs to be wiggled/tightened to make the connection. Overall a pretty good scooter, maybe slightly overpriced.

Excellent scooter that serves its purpose well! It really isn't terribly heavy once battery and seat are removed. I have an Equinox and it fits nicely in the back! I've had 2 spine surgeries and lifting it up is not too bad.

This scooter is quite cute, but caution should be exercised before purchasing one. I was disappointed to find the bubblegum pink plastic on the scooter very kiddy-car-like in quality--thin and seemingly easy to crack or break. The power controls are thin and feel brittle. To initiate movement from the scooter takes a few seconds. The seat is surprisingly jiggly. The scooter's ride, once started, is smooth. The scooter is not built for heavy-duty or rough use, but again it is, most assuredly, cute. People regularly stop us to admire it. The happy color of this not-cheap scooter reduces some of the disability stigma that accompanies the need for a mobility scooter. ... show more

I'm absolutely loving life again. This scooter has given me a new found freedom. My legs aren't well,so I don't get around well. But this scooter changes all of that. I can now get out of my house,and wheel around my yard, and my naboorhood. It also folds up and fits perfectly in the trunk of the car . First day putting it together the light and battery indicator worked , A few minutes later it didn’t, I tried calling for tech support and was unable to contact anyone . The phone just rang and hung up. I have it a little over a month and it completely stopped working . I wanted to return but I only had one day to box it and return it which is virtually impossible for me and my husband because we’re both disabled.
