I use this to walk our dogs. They love it. They learned fast. It stays charged, goes slow or fast and comes apart to put in the car. What more could you ask. The seat could be softer, but I understand since it's a portable model.

    • IT DID NOT WORK NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought this for my sister. She needed a scooter to get around on after a fall and bruised hip make her immobIle. Great price. Out of the box scooter looks as good as some of more expensive scooters. I assembled it based on the Video on seller site when I put the ignition key in the scooter was non-responsive no lights, no horn and not gauge activity. Checked and reset inline circuit breaker. Thinking the batteries might just need charging I used my wifes UPG stay powered charger with status lights that we use for her go go ultra. After I determined the scooter batteries had no faults and allowed to charge overnight we got a fully charged status. I further checked the internal cable that connects the power controls and again checked no horn no lights, no obvious working gauge or power status. THIS SCOOTER IS NON-OP AND THE SELLER doesn't return calls or respond to my "problem with the order" comment asking for some tech help to see if I may have missed some simple issue causing the scooter no-op condition. ONLY RESPONSE I GOT WAS MESSEGE THAT SELLER WILL ISSUE A REFUND WHEN THE ITEMS IS CONFRIMED RETURNED. TAKE MY ADVICE DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER. MICHAEL NUNAN BULLHEAD CITY, AZ. ... show more

Despite the area for my feet being small, I adapted. I am able to take it apart and put in my Kia Seltos with ease and still have room to spare. The only trouble is the book that came with it was not very helpful. It refers to “see an authorized dealer” but not way to know who that is. I broke the lift handle and don’t know how to replace it. But it handles well, I took it to an outdoor concert last night and completely enjoyed how well it went. ... show more

    • My feet didn't hurt all weekend!
This mobility cart allowed me to go wherever my wife and I wanted to go during our stay in Las Vegas, NV. This cart also allowed us to take it in the trunk of our car by removing the seat and lowering the handle bar. I lifted it by myself a couple of times, but I recommend you have a person to help. There is a lifting handle on both the front and the back because it's got a little bit of weight to it. As for the speed, if your wanting to race against all the other rental mobility carts than i suggest you rent one. Those rental carts must have a lot bigger motor than this one but its not slow at all. Its got enough speed to leave your partner behind and if you dont turn the speed dial closer to the turtle opposed to the rabbit, you find yourself waiting for them to catch up. The carts inside of grocery stores are much slower than this one. We charged it for an entire 24 hours and it lasted all day and night and still had a good bit of charge into the 2nd day before needing to charge it. It was great. I'm not no small guy either. I am 6' 2" tall and 270 pounds and it went over small bumps in the crosswalks and even up the bridge, over the canal, at the Venetian Hotel multiple times and that was on day two of our trip. The scooter came before the arrival date. But item was damaged went I opened. Try to contact seller but not respond. I don’t want to return the item, I want replacement parts. The seller ignored me.
