The media could not be loaded. So I got this mobility scooter which is great for what I was looking for. My grandma has had a significant slow down in her ability to walk some distances. I have to say there are some pros and cons but the price of the scooter makes up for any short comings. Pros: Easy to use- This scooter is an easy to understand and get used to. Even for the non tech savvy elder who are new to mobility aids. Portable- This scooter is a featherweight, making it easy to take with you on the go. Plus, it folds up so you can take it with you in the car or store. Price- This scooter is a great price. It's more budget friendly than most other mobility scooters without sacrificing quality. Cons: Questionable range- This scooters range is unknown to me and may not be as it says. But for the cost of this unit it’s still well worth it. Very easy to put together. Mturned on initially . Only issue is my battery seems to only get 3 green lights for a “full charge” after charging for 40 hrs. I’m afraid to take it too far but works to get to the store up the street well. It I hope I didn’t get a dud battery or something wrong with thegreen charging lights on dash? The battery no longer works as it will not charge at all. The seller is of no help and will not cover the battery. I will be contacting Amazon as this is my largest ever purchase and seller does not reply. I’ll contact my credit card if Amazon can’t help. Unit is in new condition. Would return for working unit or refund. ThisI wish I just paid more for a product. 30 dayds on th battery is a jo.battery faulty but no help from anyone on getting a refund or replacement. I don’t care what any of the other reviews say! This scooter is absolutely amazing!!! I had spine surgery in March and was unable to walk a long distance. I had family coming to visit from Canada and they wanted to go to Disney world and we all had park hopper passes. This scooter lasted ALL DAY without having to be charged, not even once!!! I brought the cord just in case, but after going to all 4 parks I still had all battery lights but 2. (So more then 1/2 full!!!) I’m not a small girl at all either! (234lbs) I’m telling you right now, if you are in need of a reliable scooter, this is the best out there!! We are still talking about how well it did! At first I was hesitant about whether this mobility scooter would be suitable for my mom, who is a bit heavy. After arriving and using it, I found that my previous worries were completely unnecessary. The maximum weight capacity is 300 pounds, so there is no need to worry about being overweight.

UPDATE: I was finally contacted by the seller. They agreed to replace the defective seat. It took a while, as I am guessing they had to get the seat sipped to them from China. This company appears to be a dropship warehouse in California, selling these scooters and other stuff. So, they did take care of the problem, no charge. And I can't blame them for the product. They are simply selling mass produce China Quality Products and this was obviously a manufacturer's defect. But at least they covered the defective issue. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I assisted a senior who lives in a retirement home to purchase this scoot. The first time she attempted to adjust the seat, the locking handle came off in her hand. This is a small, elderly lady, so she wasn't able to apply much pressure. In the picture, you can see the very small, attempt at a weld on the handle. This was obviously a manufacturing issue. I sent an email to the seller explaining the issue and asking if they could replace the seat, as that would fix the problem. They requested a picture, and I sent it in. They never responded back. I sent another follow up email asking the status, No Response. Can't say if the scooter is good or not, as she can't drive it, as the seat spins freely and is a a safety hazard. If the seller responds and fixes the issue, I will update. If not, buyer beware. If the is an issue, you will probably be stuck with it and out the money. ... show more

    • Problem Getting Started & Factory Assembly Error

I got the machine assembled before I found the instruction manual; but that was my problem. Once assembled I could not get it to power up although I fully charged the battery. I stomped on the battery and it has worked perfectly ever since. Apparently the battery contacts needed a little encouragement to seat properly. It is a bit snug for my 6-foot frame (195 lbs.) and my size 12 sneakers but nothing a can't deal with. Overall it is an excellent buy and fulfills its intended purpose. The first time I broke down the scooter into its components, the steering column would only fold forward which made it impossible to get in my auto trunk. It has been incorrectly assembled at the factory. My son-in-law had to take 3 bolts out of the column and reverse the way the mechanism folded. The one bolt under the frame is is very hard to get to but he had the tools and small hands to do the job. ... show more
