It glides smoothly and is easy to drive on flat or concrete roads. The wheel may become stuck in small stones if you ride on asphalt. Additionally, we wish the scooter had a break if like to stop. Customer service clarified that since it is an electronic scooter, it will stop moving forward if you do not press the forward button. All you have to do is make sure the battery is always charged. It produces a sound that is quite similar to that of a smoke detector. Customer support responded quickly over chat. Overall it is a Strong, well-constructed, useful scooter, especially if you have leg or knee problem, this would help a lot! Update: My dad has been using it in the house and around the yard for some time now, so far so good, we had the little issue with the light and movement but customer support sent a video to teach us on how to fix it.     • IT DID NOT WORK NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought this for my sister. She needed a scooter to get around on after a fall and bruised hip make her immobIle. Great price. Out of the box scooter looks as good as some of more expensive scooters. I assembled it based on the Video on seller site when I put the ignition key in the scooter was non-responsive no lights, no horn and not gauge activity. Checked and reset inline circuit breaker. Thinking the batteries might just need charging I used my wifes UPG stay powered charger with status lights that we use for her go go ultra. After I determined the scooter batteries had no faults and allowed to charge overnight we got a fully charged status. I further checked the internal cable that connects the power controls and again checked no horn no lights, no obvious working gauge or power status. THIS SCOOTER IS NON-OP AND THE SELLER doesn't return calls or respond to my "problem with the order" comment asking for some tech help to see if I may have missed some simple issue causing the scooter no-op condition. This senior mobility scooter is easy to assemble only takes 10 minutes. Put the key and ready to go. The hinges: don’t put the key all the way down that becomes manual mode. Put the key half way down and put the D mode and touch the handle forward and backward. Easy to disassemble to fit into the car for travel. Despite the area for my feet being small, I adapted. I am able to take it apart and put in my Kia Seltos with ease and still have room to spare. The only trouble is the book that came with it was not very helpful. It refers to “see an authorized dealer” but not way to know who that is. I broke the lift handle and don’t know how to replace it.     • Buyer Beware they do not stand behind their product
I purchased this for my husband prior to a family vacation so he would be able to get around comfortably,he has several health issues , when we arrived out of town (we had only received this a few days before leaving) we went to use it and the battery would not stay charged so we charged it again thinking maybe we didn’t let it charge long enough ,so after charging we went to use it again and it died with in minutes of use being we were out of town and needed it so I took it to a local shop it see what the issue was they ran diagnostics on it and it had several dead cells in the battery being we needed it I had no choice but to pay $160 to get it fixed I contacted the company looking for some type of reimbursement for their faulty item and their response was there is nothing wrong with our batteries …really? Clearly there was something wrong with the batteries it would not keep a charge and when test showed dead cells in the battery they responded with we will give you $20 …..$20 I had to come out of pocket for $160 to fix their faulty item and all they wanted to reimburse me was $20 they were extremely rude and kept insisting there was nothing wrong with their item…. Just want to let people know if you plan on purchasing look elsewhere for another company that backs their products ... show more
