It's easy setup. Runs good and has a sensativy dial so you can tune it down for beginners or for close quarters usage. The seat is not very high even on the highest setting. Also not allot of leg room for taller people. Over all good scooter for the cost. Arrived in good condition within 5 days of purchasing. Bought for 90 yr old parent. Easy assembly.     • IT DID NOT WORK NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought this for my sister. She needed a scooter to get around on after a fall and bruised hip make her immobIle. Great price. Out of the box scooter looks as good as some of more expensive scooters. I assembled it based on the Video on seller site when I put the ignition key in the scooter was non-responsive no lights, no horn and not gauge activity. Checked and reset inline circuit breaker. Thinking the batteries might just need charging I used my wifes UPG stay powered charger with status lights that we use for her go go ultra. After I determined the scooter batteries had no faults and allowed to charge overnight we got a fully charged status. I further checked the internal cable that connects the power controls and again checked no horn no lights, no obvious working gauge or power status. THIS SCOOTER IS NON-OP AND THE SELLER doesn't return calls or respond to my "problem with the order" comment asking for some tech help to see if I may have missed some simple issue causing the scooter no-op condition.     • My feet didn't hurt all weekend!
This mobility cart allowed me to go wherever my wife and I wanted to go during our stay in Las Vegas, NV. This cart also allowed us to take it in the trunk of our car by removing the seat and lowering the handle bar. I lifted it by myself a couple of times, but I recommend you have a person to help. There is a lifting handle on both the front and the back because it's got a little bit of weight to it. As for the speed, if your wanting to race against all the other rental mobility carts than i suggest you rent one. Those rental carts must have a lot bigger motor than this one but its not slow at all. Its got enough speed to leave your partner behind and if you dont turn the speed dial closer to the turtle opposed to the rabbit, you find yourself waiting for them to catch up. The carts inside of grocery stores are much slower than this one. We charged it for an entire 24 hours and it lasted all day and night and still had a good bit of charge into the 2nd day before needing to charge it. It was great. I'm not no small guy either. I am 6' 2" tall and 270 pounds and it went over small bumps in the crosswalks and even up the bridge, over the canal, at the Venetian Hotel multiple times and that was on day two of our trip.     • Lots of problematic oddities
If you have a size 7men shoe size or larger your feet will not fit where they are supposed to go. The scooter base rides lower than the average scooter so door frames and uneven terrain are extra difficult and may scrape or stall the scooter. The seat is small and uncomfortable especially for a scooter that claims a 300lb weight capacity. It also has an extremely annoying back up beep that can not be easily shut off which is extra frustrating considering the poor turn radius requires frequent 3point turns. That being said it is light weight, easy to assemble, and comes with a great large basket for the front. I’ll be spending a bit more to upgrade it apparently and fix some of the issues but for the cost it works at least. ... show more

This is a great product, I bought for my pregnant wife to be able to be with us in the Disney parks and everything is working great! It is light, fit in the car trunk easily, can keep up and go faster than us walking in the parks and is able to withstand my wife and my daughter at the same time! UPDATE: I was finally contacted by the seller. They agreed to replace the defective seat. It took a while, as I am guessing they had to get the seat sipped to them from China. This company appears to be a dropship warehouse in California, selling these scooters and other stuff. So, they did take care of the problem, no charge. And I can't blame them for the product. They are simply selling mass produce China Quality Products and this was obviously a manufacturer's defect. But at least they covered the defective issue. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I assisted a senior who lives in a retirement home to purchase this scoot. The first time she attempted to adjust the seat, the locking handle came off in her hand. This is a small, elderly lady, so she wasn't able to apply much pressure. In the picture, you can see the very small, attempt at a weld on the handle. This was obviously a manufacturing issue. I sent an email to the seller explaining the issue and asking if they could replace the seat, as that would fix the problem. They requested a picture, and I sent it in. They never responded back. I sent another follow up email asking the status, No Response. Can't say if the scooter is good or not, as she can't drive it, as the seat spins freely and is a a safety hazard. If the seller responds and fixes the issue, I will update. If not, buyer beware. If the is an issue, you will probably be stuck with it and out the money. ... show more
