I ordered this chair thinking that I was getting a computer chair with a mesh back in order to replace my current computer chair. When I assembled it and sat in it for the first time… I was a little taken aback that my feet BARELY reached the ground!?!?! I was ready to lambast this chair until I read the title of the chair, in the description, once again. It clearly states, in the title, that this is an ergonomic TALL chair. And there is an emphasis on tall for a reason. This is not, and I repeat NOT, made to be used as a chair for a normal height computer desk… unless having a tall computer desk is normal for you! The seat sits at almost 23 inches off the ground and only goes higher from there. Which, if I’d been a little more diligent in my perusal of the pictures… I would have seen that the 23” measurement was in one of their images. A normal desk chair sits somewhere around 17 or 18 inches off the ground. On the plus side… the chair was easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. It included everything I needed in order to be able to assemble the chair. I think it probably took me less than 15 minutes from the time I cut the box open until I was giving it an initial test drive. Also, I liked that they included a ring around the chair where you could rest your feet. That was a nice addition to the chair and made it more bearable to sit in. On the downside, as I mentioned, this chair is definitely NOT designed to be used at a normal height computer desk. But the reason I’m not crazy about this chair isn’t the height of it… it’s that the seat cushion is just WAY too firm for my taste. Not only does it have a very firm seat cushion but, unfortunately, the arm rests were either not in a position that was comfortable for my body type (5’ 11” - 163 lbs) or they just weren’t padded enough… and I can’t really determine which caused the problem… or maybe both?!?!? With all that said… and I take TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY for making a mistake and ordering a tall chair… but I still wouldn’t give this chair any higher than a 4 star rating because it’s just not comfortable to sit in with the seat cushion being so hard. It seems to be well made and some people might find it to be comfortable to sit in. But it’s just not going to work for me. I’ll be keeping my eye open for another chair! ... show more

I got the pink and white chair to replace my gaming-style office chair that broke and I love it. The seat is firm, wide and the pink color is perfect. I like that the arm rests can flip upwards so that I'm able to tuck the chair under my desk easily. The wheels work well even on plush carpet and the mesh backing is very comfortable. The height adjustability is great and overall I really like this chair. I took off one star because of the lumbar support. From the picture I should've noticed but there is little lumbar support to speak of and no adjustability for the back to sit and stay upright. When I lean back, it's more in a relaxed position. The lumbar support is easily remedied with a pillow, but I was hoping there was a way to keep the back more rigid so I don't recline when I lean back. It's comfortable for when I'm talking on meetings, but not so much if I'm having to type and lean forward without support. Also, the back is not high enough to rest your head. It hits just below my shoulders. Again not a deal breaker but something to be aware of when purchasing. It's a great compact feeling chair without being too small. Complete the assembly smoothly with the help of the assembly guide. What felt very comfortable was the footrest which gave my feet somewhere to rest behind the raised chair. The liftable reinforced back support makes my back more comfortable.
