The media could not be loaded. I've seen a couple of negative reviews about this fan, but it seems because they arrived broken through the delivery service and yes, the shipper needs to box it better to survive the merciless delivery handling as the box was also quite damaged, but the product was not. I gave this fan a 5 Star Rating because it installed easy, (it's a heavy fan, so just a couple of lag-screws (supplied) through the easy punch outs through the electrical box works perfectly), moves air comfortably without any noise at all thanks to the very efficient DC motor and finally, the Light throws a very bright soft white LED light that is nicely dispersed with the glass piece and is also dimmable. If you want the really cool "breeze" feature, you need to download the Bond app for your phone which also works well and is an awesome feature not found on the remote; almost dinged them one Star here, but that's just being picky. These fans are amazing if you have a large space! Relatively easy for my husband and I to install on 16 foot ceilings using a 12 foot a-frame ladder. App is great too! Pros: Beautiful Easy to install App is handy High quality for reasonable price for this type of fan Cons: At first the fan seems to hesitate a bit to figure out which direction for blades to turn when it's first turned on (I think it has something to do with the DC motor), but we've had them now for a few months and I haven't noticed this issue anymore. Pay attention to the "this side up stickers on blades"...they are there for a reason. May not matter as much with the 65" version (which we also installed one of), but with blades this long it matters to keeps the blades from sagging at the ends. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Love this fan! We live on the water, and this fan fits in perfectly with our Coastal Ranch decor. We ordered the 5 foot extender rod to circulate air through the space, which includes the living area, staircase, dining room, kitchen and breakfast area. Please. Do yourself a favor and buy a different fan. I’ve had this in my new construction home for two years now and I can count on one hand, the number of times this fan has actually worked. Trying to get this fan started/running is a joke. I’m about to hold a competition with a cash prize to see who can actually get this to work. On average, it takes 45 minutes of this fan cycling back and forth and making a horrible clicking noise before it even makes a full cycle or goes into rotation to work. The only reasonable explanation is that this fan is defective. All of the directions were followed exactly, and the fan was installed by a licensed electrician. Horrible waste of money. Looks like it’s time to buy something else. The only positive to the fan was the size, and the appearance. Everything else has been a major flop and a massive disappointment. ... show more
