One MUST be diligent in doing the doctor prescribed physical therapy three times a day to the best of ones ability, striving to do them better and better as the days pass. Performance of 12 speeds. why do i need these 12 speed leveling for if there is no resistance to push my workout at least to a level of low intensity cardio. I'm disappointed 😔 Over all build quality is good easy to assemble and good stability.

This would be good for seniors or light workout. There is no resistance. The pedals move for you. It’s nice and sturdy but the description is misleading because it states this has a manual mode and it doesn’t.
