First of all the directions are terrible, but you can figure it out fairly easily. It was missing the nut to hold on the wheel/caster on the front. Also there was a bit of room where the handles attach that could have used a couple washers to take up slack. A trip to hardware store fixed all problems, but should not have been necessary. My seven year old got a hoverboard for Christmas and asked for a seat for his birthday (less than a month later). After comparing a bunch, this was on sale, so we chose it. The instructions are wonky, but my hubs figured it out. It's heavy, so start your weight lifting regimen to be prepared to carry it when the board dies. Also, I'd go ahead and buy two if you have more than one kid, because they fight over riding it, so to save the headache buy two. I wish the knob to adjust the length was easier to do, but otherwise it's a good choice. My son keeps saying it's his favorite present. ... show more

We have one in another brand and my kids LOVE riding with it. We purchased two of these for my kids birthdays, and I was not impressed. The directions did not tell how to fully assemble product- I was left with parts and washers that I had no clue where to put. The foam handle tore within a couple minutes of use, the seat is very uncomfortable compared to another one we purchased (kids have to put a pad on the seat just to ride), the flag left fiberglass like particles in 2 kids hands when placing it on, and the metal frame is on the wobbly side- it just doesn’t feel sturdy ... show more
