Wow. Needed to do some small repairs around the house. Bought this worried it would be a toy. Nope!!! I’ve basically never welding in my life and this thing has a “smart mode”. I connected it to a regular 15 amp house plug and in 5 minutes was MIG welding like I knew what I was doing. Super easy to use. Works perfect, super compact. Incredible value for the money. Includes gloves, mask, hammer and wire brush. Spool of wire. Everything! (Get a real mask though). I couldn’t be happier for my use case. This was on thin metal (gate, fire pit, etc). I was thoroughly impressed with how well this little thing functioned.Use the crap out of it to weld thin stuff with the wire and some thicker stuff with the stick welder. This little thing packs a punch and has plenty of power to weld heavy steel. Put on wire real threw it and still working great,would buy again if it craps out ... show more

It offers flux core welding, and stick welding. Have used for hours at a time with no issues. If your debating on this or the harbor freight crap go with this. It's a good little welder.Highly recommend!

Don't waste your time with this unit. Did not feed at any adjustment of tension and the unit is poorly made. What do you expect from CHINA. Did not feel safe even having this plugged in. Sent back. Did get my full refund as I never did get it to work. F rating
