I love this! It's small but sturdy, It was easy to assemble, and works my whole body! But it REALLY works my legs and glutes. The little monitor has a few different settings keeping track of things like how long you've been going, how many sets you've done, calories burned, etc. The amount of resistance can be adjusted depending on how many bungee cords are attached. This means It can be used for everything from just a low impact cardio training, to an intense core and glute workout. I absolutely love this rower. It’s well built and looks amazing, plus it works great and is super smooth. Comes fully assembled, all you have to do is unpack it and fill the tank with water. Having both the water and magnetic resistance give you a lot of flexibility in adjusting your workout, comfortable seat, handle, and foot rest. The instructions aren’t written in the best English but it is pretty easy to interpret what they are trying to say. The only downside and the reason I deducted the one star is the app isn’t anything special. The video workouts tend to freeze mid workout and you get stuck on a loading screen. However, if you are looking for a nice rower that performs well and can easily be stored in the corner or in a closet this is a great deal for the money! ... show more

I don’t usually write full reviews, but felt it necessary for those of you who need a little help and are looking for a really good workout machine. I work in emergency medical services and have recently noticed some pain in my legs when I go to bed; I am thinking sciatic nerve pain. I’ve been very careful, and I’ve stretched my hamstrings properly before each shift, but some nights my legs and hips ache and this is something new for me. I had been looking for a workout machine, something simple, something that I could tuck away in the corner to get started before actually joining a gym. This little machine is a GEM! I put it together myself in under an hour and for the last two weeks it’s been sitting in the living room so that when I pass it by, I do about 30 reps at various times, and I am now pain free. It is a great cardio workout and I’ve already noticed that my thighs are stronger and I can bend and stretch better at work when assisting patients. I was able to purchase this at a low price because of the coupon that Amazon applied. Best purchase I’ve made this year! ... show more

The instructions were non-existent. There was a user manual, but nothing in the box to guide the setup. Fortunately, it arrived mostly assembled. I found no guidance on what type of water is recommended (I used 3.5 gal of distilled - filled right to the fill line) or how much or when the purification tablets should be used. Once I got it setup, I was extremely disappointed with the resistance. I specifically purchased this model for the dual resistance. The resistance is the same with or without being powered so it's not dual resistance. It's just water resistance. I went up to level 16 without noticing any difference whatsoever. The only increased resistance comes from pulling faster and/or pulling in a slightly upward motion (even then it's minimal). Not what I expected for this price point. I would not recommend this product. I got the same workout from my $100 manual rowing machine. Pros: It's pretty quiet, the motion is smooth, the pump helps to fill the tank quickly, and it looks nice. Bottom Line: Don't waste your money. ... show more

Very easy to put together I’m 60 did it all myself. It’s very comfortable and I have a place for my tablet, I don’t wear my glass when rowing and needed a larger display option.
