Updated 7/9/23: After writing my feedback, the company reached out to me and offered several solutions to assist with the issues noted. Their customer service is top notch. Based on my experience with their customer service, I would recommend this company. I don't usually accept a "deal" from a company in exchange for more positive feedback, however their customer service definitely earned an extra ☆. On another note, I have not had time to upgrade the seat and pedals yet. After my school finals I will do that. I will say one of the best features of this bike is the adjustability. The second is the sturdy construction. Do understand that you will not be able to ride like in a marathon. The bike does get wobbly when the faster or harder you pedal. It won't fall over thanks to the sturdy construction. I will continue to update this post as needed. Just know that the company's customer service will take care of you if there is an issue. Original review: 3☆This is an initial review. I just received this bike July 1st 2023. I will update in a week or so. Pros: • Very well packaged. Package weighed about 80 pounds I think. • Fairly simple to assemble, assembly took 45 minutes • Very sturdy • Many adjustments for the handlebar height, seat height and forward and back for the seat • Water bottle holders • Moves easily on the carpet. • The footprint of the bike is much smaller than I anticipated. Cons: • Like everyone has said, the seat is awful. Not even 5 min in and the seat is causing shooting pain. The seat has very little give and is hard when you sit on it. • Pedals. These are not ordinary bike pedals with a strap like most stationary bikes. This design will encompass the top half of your shoe. More like professional pedals with teeth and a rubber-like material that has a strap through it for your shoe to go into. I will need to switch these out. Despite being adjustable to fit different size shoes, I want to just get on the bike and get my workout done. I don't want to hassle with straps. I also don't want to get my feet stuck if I need to get off the bike. • IPad holder is small. I had hoped to be able to either have a book or place my laptop on it. The lip to hold the IPad, is small. I have a Samsung z-fold and it will not fit unless I open it and remove the stylus. For reference, the lip is just wider than a pencil. Not likely you will be able to fit an IPad with a case on there (no case would probably fit). • The water bottle holders are laying down. I try not to use water bottles with lids because if I drop the lid, I have to stop. I can't put the water bottle back in the holder as it will force the bottle to lay down. It's workable, but not ideal for me. • Some scuffs and scratches on the parts, most are hidden on the bottom. Nothing major, but something to note. Overall, I like the bike. I will have to get different pedals and a different seat. I have not yet tested the Bluetooth function and app, but I will include that with my update. For the price, I can't complain too much, but a few upgrades would make this bike next level. Would I recommend this: • Yes if you are willing to upgrade a few things like the seat and pedals and you are willing to compromise on the small IPad holder and laying your water bottles down. • No if you want a comfortable workout out of the box. This exercise bike is great "butt" the seat is too hard. After 5 mins it makes you quit if you can't stand to ride. No pun intented. This bike has all the good qualities you look for steadiness, ease to assemble, app that works and looks good, great price point. Negatives seat too hard and in box unassembled feels extremely heavy to lift or move box to open. "Butt" once assembled it's easy to move with front wheels. Could be 5 star if seat was just a little comfortable and wider. P.S if you live in an apartment building make sure they deliver to your floor especially if you are single and have no help because it is very heavy in Box. ... show more

I've been using this Exercise bike 5 days a week for over 6 months now, I usually do 30-45 minute sessions using spin classes through Apple Fitness+, this bike helped me recover from a broken ankle and build strength. It's safe to say this bike is resilient, I put my own cycling clipless pedals on it and I am able to put a lot of power and resistance into the bike and it works flawlessly. My only gripe is the handlebars and adjustable shaft sway a lot, and by a lot I mean when I put power into the bike and I grab the bars they seem like the adjustable shaft isn't tightened all the way down, but it is, I literally couldn't adjust it any tighter without feeling like I would break it. But regardless I get about a half inch of swaying in the bars when I am pedaling hard and its the only thing I dislike about this bike. I ride a lot, probably more than the average person and the seat gives me no problem, adding my own pedals is something I do on any bike I ride so I don't even consider it an upgrade, the resistance is great and I get a pretty natural feeling ride throughout my workout, once again my only gripe is the swaying in the adjustable handlebar shaft, and now that I think about it, how slippery the grips get when I sweat and grab the handlebars. I highly recommend this bike to anyone looking to get a great workout, on a bike that can handle about 90% of most peoples ride, but if you put a lot of power though it beware that there will be some swaying in the handlebars, but for the money its almost a perfect bike. I'm really surprised by how silent this thing is, and how stable it feels during my workout. I got the white one, which is nice because it doesn't create a large area of visual clutter in my living room, either. As an apartment-dweller, I feel very free to work out any time of the day or night because this does not wobble on the floor or create any noise at all from the wheel rotation either. I have never experienced anything like it. When I bought it, I was assuming I would still have to limit my sessions to mid-day due to vibration on the floor or something, but that's just not the case. Cat leaves it alone too, which is a miracle. I think the covered wheel really helps with that and makes it so I can relax and just focus on my cardio. Have already recommended it to my family. This exercise bike definitely looks and behaves like a much pricier machine than it is. ... show more
