I was astonished how sharp they are and also how light they are. I find myself being very careful with them due to those two features. Only thing I'd wish for is if they had a rubberish grip on the handles. Still a very nice set of knives, definitely worth the buy.

First impression is I love them. It goes perfectly with my style and decor. Now..... the knives themselves. The steak knives are heavy which I totally love love. The larger knives are not fabricated the same as you can see in my pics. They are much lighter and more dull. I can probably guess the larger knives won't be as long lasting. I will definitely have to treat them delicately. Hopefully the manufacturers will choose to fabricate all the knives in the same as they made the steak knives. Let's be honest...... which knives get the most usage? It dag on sure isn't steak knives. Hopefully they are listening to their customers. I would definitely order this again if they do better and even purchase as a gift for others. I will follow up in a few months with an updated review. I hope I'm wrong.... but right now I'm totally in love. I say if you're like me and like a modern crisp cohesive look... BUY BUY BUY ... show more
