Two of these scooters were purchased for Christmas, for two grandsons. These scooters have adjustable handlebars thus easily fit for different heights of my grandsons. They both loved riding them. However one of them stopped charging and had a missing retaining ring for the circuit breaker. Consequently when the reset button was pressed the whole circuit breaker slid inside the battery box. I have tried to fix it replacing the circuit breaker but it wouldn’t charge. I then emailed to an email address in the user manual. Next day I received a reply from Jenna, who assured me that they would stand behind their product all the way. The next email from Jenna informed me they will ship a replacement for the scooter. A week later we have received a brand new replacement scooter. Jenna was an exceptional employee of the customer service handling the replacement and maintaining contact with me. Now both grandsons are enjoying their scooters every day, very much. Between a great product and company standing behind it I strongly recommend it. ... show more

I like to comment on the great after-sales support for this product. The Electric scooter arrived on time, but for some reason the scooter never charged for more than 5 minutes and the battery drained out after few minutes of riding. My son did not feel like riding the scooter anymore and just ignored it since it never ran for more than 5 minutes. I got in touch with the seller through the amazon message board and they initially asked me to re-plug the charger & battery. After few days, they sent me a new battery & charger for replacement. After replacing the battery, the scooter started working fine. I had almost given up, but these guys were persistent in following up asking me about the condition of the scooter. I am happy that the seller is going the extra mile for customer satisfaction of their product. Now my son plays with the scooter almost 45 minutes everyday while I walk around the neighborhood :-) ... show more

I bought this for my nephew and turns out battery don't work. When I try to do the refund I had to pay shipping at the UPS I'm very disappointed. asked for reimbursement for the shipping but the seller is not responding

She rode her 2 wheel non-electric scooter just fine so, although we were a bit unsure about a 6 year old on an electric scooter, purchased this one. She took to it immediately.
