This is an amazing scooter! I was skeptical at first but after I watched the assembly video, I was able to put the scooter together easily. The disassembly was also a breeze. All parts including the larger chair fits in the back of my car. The scooter is sturdy, well made, and has real power not sluggish at all. The battery lasted a whole day at Disney World with only a slight drop in the charge. It was perfect for keeping up with the kids. Having lighter weight parts, instead of two or three bigger, heavier parts was a real help to me! I love that the chair swivels. This Z-1 Scooter has made it easier for me to be independent. I LOVE THIS SCOOTER! It is made well and my husband quickly (less than 1 minute) is an expert in assembling it and disassembling it. It is very easy to handle steering and is also extremely fast if you so desire it. It fits very easily into our car and it is very light in weight. The battery holds a charge for a long time and doesn't need to be charged often.I can honestly say that it has given me back my freedom to virtually go anywhere now. Good medium weight and strength scooter. Easy to assemble. Nice breaking down my ramp. Parts fit my trunk. Came with two defective arm rests. No predrilled holes and no pins to attach it to the scooter. Called company number for customer service..got a salesman. He said he'd pass on my request. I did get an email timely and described defective parts with pictures sent to them. Week later received pins only. Emailed them again. Reply was they sent parts needed. I again sent detailed email (no phone to talk to a real person) with pictures again. Reply was parts sent, if problem email Amazon CS. I again emailed and stated I'd get a complete refund if arm rests not sent. Email received that arm rests sent. Week and a half finally got arm rests. Nice scooter. Fits in my Ford Fusion but will NEVER buy from this company again. ... show more

I love my new scooter. It runs as well or better than advertised. Amazing customer service. I needed to replace one item and they responded so quickly. It was at FedEx for shipping the same day I contacted them. The replacement was exactly what I needed. The super seat is really good and it is comfortable to ride for an extended time. The speed control is easy and responds immediately. If I were buying again, I would choose this product. Excellent is the key word for every aspect. So far so good! I got this scooter for when I take trips, I can’t walk all day in the sun. I looked around and read reviews first. Thankfully this scooter came fully charged because it arrived and I packed it right in the car and headed to Disney. I will say I have a Chevy equinox and it fits pretty well in my trunk but not sure if I had a smaller car if it would be good. When turned off the back wheels do not move when it’s turned off so it is hard to turn once in the car to set in place. It is pretty heavy when loading into the car, I could do it but I could definitely see someone who can’t lift a lot having trouble. I forgot my charger for it and it lasted 2 and a half days at Disney before I had to charge it! I was extremely impressed with the battery life! For reference, I weigh 260 and am 5’6. I felt like I had plenty of leg room. I did feel a little wobbly with the chair since there is nothing to clip it in, but once you get comfortable, it’s fine! I am taking it with me to England in a few months so if I noticed any problems there, I’ll add on! My video I posted is a “joke” video but you can actually see me turning at full speed and the wheels did lift off the ground but never tipped. It has little wheels in the back to stop it from tipping. I went pretty fast on it, I was passing everyone and getting comments about how fast it goes. I did noticed when my niece would sit on my lap it went slower. I also noticed going up hill the battery life will go down but as soon as you are level or going down hill it goes back up. Also for those interested, going through lines at Disney wasn’t bad at all! Some lines I had no problem and some lines I had to make 3 point turns lol but so for I love it! ... show more

I like how easy it is to assemble/disassemble the scooter. I got the one with the super seat and it's very comfortable. I even got some accessories to go with it. It would be nice if it had a place to put a safety flag. All in all, I'm happy with what I got.
