I purchased this weight bench because I wanted the convenience of being able to fold it up after use. I use this bench 2 to 3 times weekly in my garage and it is a real space saver. Since I work out alone, it is good to have the safety catches to act as a spotter. My teenage son and I assembled this bench, and we found it very easy to assemble. Every nut, bolt and washer are separated and labeled in individual packages for easy reference to the instructions. The hardware kit also includes the necessary tools for assembly if you don't have your own. I like that I can do a full body workout using this equipment. It's easy to use, easy to store since I also like doing HIIT, circuit, and band workouts and don't have a lot of floor space. We already had weights with the 1in bar hole circumference, so it was a perfect fit. If you have 1 1/2 in holes in your weights they will move around a bit. Easy to put together too. Lots of QA issues. Damaged pieces, dented etc. Poorly painted. I could not assemble the preacher curl or leg stuff because the bolt the instructions say to use is too big. It looks like they either didn't machine it properly or the hole was supposed to be threaded and was not. So I'll have to buy a smaller bolt myself. The seat wobbles horribly and I put it together correctly following the instructions and all bolts are tight. Almost dropped a weight on my head a few times now when the seat suddenly shifts to one side or another. Just horrible low quality. The rack itself isn't too bad, but everything beside that is garbage. I'll probably end up buying a different exercise bench that I'll use with the rack, because this bench isnt gonna cut it. I have been searching for a bench press for literal months and recently I had come across this bench press. What caught my eye the most with this bench press is the safety feature. As someone who has never benched weights before, this was a very captivating feature that caught my interest. I also love how it's a more-than-one product. Not only is this bench for benching weights but I can lift weights and exercise my legs in the front portion of the bench. As for assembly, I will say this took longer than anything I have usually built but it wasn't difficult in my opinion. It took a few hours and eventually I finished. I was intimidated by all this metal to setup at first but step by step with the manual, it was easy, some of the labels were off but we managed to interpret correctly. I love that I can do a full body workout -legs, arms, core. I don't have to be worried about slipping, too much weight or anything like that, it's sturdy and fits in place very well (I have it on gym mats). The metal opening where the bicep curl fits needs a little closure when not attached during leg work. When exposed, it a bit sharp so I have to cover it with a towel for comfort.
