This little thing changed my life. I’ve always had trouble with a stiff neck, and with this I can massage out every knot. I’ve never been able to get a person to massage my neck as hard as I want because they’re afraid to hurt me😂😂😂 but this does the trick.

I got this product for my husband (who is a gamer) to use when he is at his desk. He said it works great, but it feels like it is going to snap when getting it in place on his neck to use. I have tried to use it. The pressure is a little too much for me personally.

If people don't like this, they don't know how to use it. You can pull it into cervical vertebrae for traction. You can oil the sub occipital ridge and massage. Every person I share how to use this properly LOVES it. You can also compress scalenes. I gave away 6 this month.

This is an incredibly flimsy product. It feels like it will break or snap with any pressure. It has had a 30% "size-flation" reduction - the product I had at first was about 310 grams, and this is 205 grams.

I have a bad habit of sleeping in a wrong position and then my neck hurts all day. I normally tell my wife to squish my neck (from behind) to help with the pain/stiffness. So I was looking for something that was as strong as a human grip and press. This product is perfect for that. Its very hard plastic so if you are looking for something strong, this is for you. I had read in other reviews that the "golf balls" were smooshy.. I disagree, The balls and the handle both are sturdy. It works for me and does the job. So I would recommend it ... show more
