Came fully assembled, along with a workout chart, and user instructions. The dumbells are easy to use, simply turn dial to desired weight, and the dumbell separates the individual weights to be removed from the storage trays.. The handles are are sturdy, and do not slip during use. They are a liitle large though. My wife has small hands, and has a slight problem with her grip on them. This is a great system for your home. They are small enough to store, but give you enough selection for weight diversity. They are easy to adjust and there is not hassle in changing the weight. They come fully assembled so that is a plus! I love the chart of suggested workouts it comes with, it really helped me get started. I like how small these dumbells are and how easy they are to switch weights. Weight accuracy is right on for each setting. Less bulky than most other dumbells like this but they are made good and feel solid.

I have little to add but at this price a rubber base would make more sense, as it’s 25lbs sitting on a hollow plastic base. Also, the weights have some play in them so lining up and putting back with other weights in the base can be annoying to line up. These weights are nice! Bought them for the 2-day delivery because I moved and misplaced my other much more expensive set. These were supposed to be a temporary replacement, but they are excellent! Seem to be quality and very easy to adjust.
