Features

  • OUTSTANDING VALUE & INVESTMENT - Firewood in your own backyard, or woodlot, is a money-saving, reliable, and renewable heat source, and the LogOX makes harvesting easier, while quickly paying for itself. Its ergonomic, versatile design combines 3 essential forestry hand tools into one time and energy-saving portable package at an exceptional value. (Tools sell separately for over $400.) Its a must-have wood harvesting hand tool if you work with a chainsaw, log splitter or portable sawmill.
  • 21" LogOX HAULER This ergonomic tool features an EZ-Grip hook and comfortable XL wooden cross-handle to quickly engage, lift or drag log rounds. This unique tool is scientifically proven to reduce lower back strain by up to 93%. Powder-coated orange for safety around machinery, it has impressive rolling leverage and also helps to consolidate tree tops and brush. The sharp hook tip and the chiseled toe design simultaneously bite into the wood better than any other cant hook on the market.
  • 40 CANT HOOK - Rolling a log over to finish your chainsaw cuts while bucking logs prevents chainsaw ground strikes, or bar pinch. The LogOX is also useful for turning cants on your portable sawmill, or rolling a snagged tree off another. The Cant Handle Extension easily and securely attaches to the LogOX Hauler using the new Swing-Lock connection pin. This powerful lever allows you to securely grip and roll logs up to about 32 in diameter.
  • 40" TIMBERJACK - Our redesigned and patent-pending BigFoot Timberjack attachment quickly connects to the LogOX Hauler, using two Swing-Lock connection pins. With over 3X more ground contact than a standard timberjack, the BigFoot provides a solid, elevated cutting platform, even on soft ground, for logs up to 12 diameter. Its upward curved front edge and wide surface also makes it a functional hand-held log skidder to easily drag logs out of the way while clearing a road or trail.
  • PATENTED & MADE IN USA - All LogOX forestry hand tools are made from American steel, built to last, and guaranteed for life. We proudly offer a 100% Ironclad Lifetime Warranty, protecting against any manufacturer's defects.

  • Best on the market
This is made here in the USA (rare these days) by a Veteran owned company. I have been using this for several days now. The material is strong and sturdy, and the swing arm clips are an upgrade from the previous pins. I believe they listened to the customer and made the change. You won't have to worry about them falling out There is so much this product can do besides using it as a cant hook and the Timberjack. I encourage you to watch the videos as you can see how easy it is to assemble and use. So for me, it is the best one I have ever used. My previous one, you screwed the handles together and I bent it real bad to where the screw was pulling our out of the pipe. It was not a large tree. You will not have to worry about that with this one. It is well designed and easy to put together. My favorite piece it the log hauler. You do not have to bend over any more and get back aches hauling the cut logs to your vehicle Very easy to use, their videos show 4 ways to get the hook to release. This tool you just stoop down and let it catch on the log and lift it up with you legs. Carry it where you want it. I use a maul to split my wood. So using this tool, I was able to haul the log to my stump. Once there I turned it over and grabbed it again and lifted up on the stumps and went to work. Today I did eight logs, no back aches! You can also use to haul away the branches, again no back pain. The cant hook is designed to grab the fallen tree and with the extended arm, it moves it like it a twig. I was moving some large tree parts. You don't have to keep trying to get it to hook on the trunk. The design grabs it on the fist go. The other great thing about this tool is the timber jack. This lifts the tree so you can make a clean cut and not touch the ground. With this you do not have to roll the tree to continue the cut you started. It save your chain and you can keep cutting. For the money, it is worth it. This will be the last cant hook you will buy. I am so glad I took the risk and bought it. (JW) ... show more

  • BEST PURCHASE FOR REMOVING TREES
After two hurricanes back to back in Florida I needed something that would help remove trees from my wooded property. A life saver on your back so you dont have to dead lift bucked timber and rolling trees to be able to cut them safely. It made the time to clear the trees that fell during the storms go fast and easy, especially for one person(me). I'm in my 50's and have compressed discs in my back, so this tool literally saved me from days of hurt and recovery. All in all, I highly recommend not only for its functionality, but sturdy construction. I purchased the forestry kit separately (should have bought it all together) but I knew I would need the hookaroon , belt tool hanger and the bag after seeing some videos of the complete kit being used out in the field. Well worth the money for the quality and ease of use. My neighbors had some kind of Chinese knockoff that bent, but I let them use my LogOx and they were going to buy one for themselves. Also, it came with a cool can Koozie and Log Ox logo sticker that I added to my hard hat. Thank you Log Ox for your great invention! ... show more

  • A little pricy, but worth every penny
This beast is so durable that when I use it I know it can handle whatever I can. I purchased this combo kit because I bent my last log cant (an off-the-shelf basic model from Tractor Supply Co) into a pretzel while trying to set up logs for bucking and wanted something durable enough that I wouldn't have to worry about structural limits. I am very impressed with the results. This thing is good and hefty, and LogOx did not skimp on materials - every one of the components is nice and solid. Assembly was so straightforward and simple that I was able to put it all together with just one hand while on the phone with someone in just a few minutes. I assembled all three components and use it for bucking up firewood and post-length timber. In practice, this thing is practically unstoppable. I am cutting up mostly hemlock and beech trees ranging from 6" to 24", and if I'm strong enough to lever the tree up into a stable cutting position, the LogOx is strong enough to hold it there securely. I am very impressed with the design of the biting hook as there is absolutely NO slippage, even with beastly-sized trees (in contrast to my experience with other brands where I would see trees fall out halfway through my levering process). If the tree fits inside the LogOx's mouth, it can hold it up no problem. For trees too heavy to lift up using human muscle, I had no problem using front-end loader to position a tree in its jaws and it did just fine. I think the modular design does a lot to aid longevity as any excess force is passed along to the different pins/bolts used to hold the components together rather than warping the entire frame of the product. The two critiques of the LogOx I have to offer are: 1. I wish the shaft extension was longer, or a longer option could have been ordered, for added leverage (nothing is wrong with the current option but sometimes a guy just wants a bigger toy). 2. I had issues with the bolt/cotter-pin assembly used to hold the timberjack feet in place and quickly lost a bolt/pin combo out in the field because it kept coming loose and falling out while I was working. Ultimately I was able to resolve the issue with an appropriately-sized bolt/washer/nut combo and have had great success since. This is NOT indicative of bad craftsmanship but is more a design flaw/user error. I primarily intend to use this for bucking wood and will likely never take the feet off, but I understand that when designing this product they intended it for a variety of users who may give it a different job. If you plan to do heavy bucking work, I recommend you use something more permanent than a bolt/cotter-pin combo for piece of mind. ... show more

  • The only problem is the price
It's heavy duty and does what I need it to do in all three setups. I have been using the jack to lift ash logs that are very heavy. I've also been using it to skid the end of the log around on the jack plate and it has held up. This is a nice tool but I strongly disagree with paying almost 300 for it ... show more

  • I needed this a long time ago
This product is durable, has multiple features and works really well. I can now move logs, adjust limbs so I can cut them with out grounding the chain saw blade. Love this.
