Hub works great with my MacBook Pro. I can load photos, charge my phone, and use my mouse at the same time - I haven't tried the HDMI. The hub looks good, matches nicely, and the short cable makes for less worry about any kind of damage if you were to bump it. I have purchased multiple Lention adapters when I have purchased a new Macbook. The adapters are nicely looking and most of them are working fine so far. The Lention MultiReader I have purchased has started giving issue with HDMI cable and it has stopped working for HDMI. Other ports were working fine. I have contacted Lention Customer Service and provided my amazon order number. They have asked few photos to verify the claim and after sending those photos, they have responded very quickly that they are going to replace the adapter and within 2 days I have received a new one in my mailbox. This Lention USB C Hub with 4K HDMI, 3 USB 3.0, SD/Micro SD Card Reader, compatible with my 2022 MacBook Air is so much easier to use than my previous single port USB C Hub. This one, with the short extension cord never blocks my MagSafe charging port, and it also does not work itself loose from my MacBook. I recently found myself purchasing a new Mac because my old one died. To my dismay, I found out that Apple changed all of the ports on the laptop and I could no longer hook in any USB items. Found this little adapter and its perfect! Its compact, I can plug in 3 USB plugs at a time and I got 2 card reader slots, which I thought was a fun bonus! 😊. Used this product to hook my iPad up to my TV to watch a Zoom presentation. I needed an additional HDMI cord to fully hook everything up, but this gave me the perfect interface to work with. Absolutely no drivers to install, worked immediately. Highly recommend!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't have an Amazon version of this adapter. I needed it for the card reader and multiple USB ports. Sometimes it works but more often it doesn't. It won't read my camera's memory card. I have a clicker that I use for presentations but it won't read that. I had to use a different adapter for my clicker. Plus, the HDMI port wasn't work. Is mine a lemon? I'm not sure because most of the other reviews are positive. Unless I can get this one exchanged, I can't say whether it is an issue with all adapters or just the one I have. For what it's worth, I use it with my MacBook Pro. So if you have a PC, perhaps you won't have issues. UPDATED REVIEW: Follow up...LENTION reached out to me promptly. I sent more information about the issue I was having to them. The adapter wasn't reading my camera's memory card. They sent another adapter out to me and this one works. I must have had a faulty adapter, originally. I truly appreciate the attention I was given to assure that a working product was in my hand. Now, I need to figure out how to change my rating. I would purchase again from LENTION because they have proved to me that they stand behind their products. ... show more
