transferring files from one portable hdd to another just became super fast (compared to the last hub i was using).. i am still amazed every time i copy/paste files.. and i can clamp this thing literally anywhere!.. this is the best usb hub ive ever used. its all-metal body is strong and durable. after 5 mins of use, i put another one in my cart for my other computer lol.. been using it for about a month now and zero issues whatsoever. ... show more

    • Some devices may be finicky with this hub.
I have an adjustable standing desk and was looking for something that could let me keep USB devices from being moved around on the desk or otherwise affected when raising the desk to standing height, and this hub does the trick. I secured it to the back edge of my desk and the USB cable is long enough to reach my PC when the desk is raised or lowered. The only issue I have is that my headset microphone doesn't always work in Zoom, though it generally works in other applications while plugged in to the hub. I managed to get it to work better by switching the microphone off and on in Zoom, which is only slightly annoying. The hub was easy to attach to the desk, and doesn't budge once it's screwed down.     • Perfect USB hub that is almost invisible
I picked up this hub because I was trying to declutter my desk in the office. Only keep the bare essentials on the desk itself and move everything off that was not needed. This lead me to move my laptop docking station under the desk, so I needed a way to plug in flash drives and other various USB devices working as an IT professional. This virtually disappears on the side of my desk and you would barely notice it was there if you were not looking for it. The hub only sticks out about a quarter of an inch from the side of the desk. making it very discrete. It works for MacOS and Windows with no drivers from what I can tell for either. ... show more

I absolutely love how this USB Hub stays put on the side of my monitor, allowing me to have more space! The cable is long enough for me to keep it in my second monitor. I also love the quality and its sturdiness of this USB hub, as I feel it protects my flash drives by keeping them steady.

    • Good for my needs
It sits perfectly clamped to a side of my desk at the back within reach but not in the way. I think we all probably have needs for different charging cord ends because of numerous styles for brands of devices. I just plugged in the 4 of my most used chargers and left them there, easy to attach for a charge. There's nothing for my cats to knock off my desk because the clip is tightened to suit my desk top. The cats may play with the cords, although they are pretty short and most of the time the cats lose interest. It did come with 4 short cords which was very nice but not all the cord end styles fit the numerous devices I think we all own. I'd buy it again if my bedside table had a lip to attach it to. ... show more
