I bought these to secure my privacy fence gates, I didn't want to deal with keys... They work well. Unfortunately one of them after about 4 months wouldn't open anymore, but after some trouble shooting the highly responsive customer service is sending another lock. We had to chisel it apart with a hammer and screw driver to get it off. Lock Design is nice though it's very few moving parts (simple, but effective). My guess is one of the rotating pieces with teeth went out of alignment from one of the dials somehow? Maybe a defect. Important part is they stand behind the warranty. Inexpensive pair of padlock that shipped fast. i will be using one for the gym. The second one I intend to use on the garden shed but unsure if they are rust resistant even though the description says for outdoor as well.

The media could not be loaded. So these locks were bought for school locker and ammo box. So set lock code on both locks no problem. The 1st one was never used. The other one went ony ammo box, so after I set code I put on box. It's been 3 months and I opened the lock to get in ammo box. BIG PROBLEM and that is the stupid lock won't lock back. And yes I mixed up the numbers on lock. Looks like happens often according to reviews. Cantacting seller now.Will update ... show more
