This holds super strong and charges well. The design is nice and compact but still adjusts every way I need it to. The adhesive sticks great and doesn't come off or move in the hot sun. This is a really well designed product. After about 5 months I had one of the hinges crack and it lost its holding power. I sent a picture of it to their customer service and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. I had a replacement within a week of sending the email. I used to have a magnet phone holder for my car - which required me to put a magnet in my phone case and attach it to the holder. If I wanted to charge, I would have to plug in the charger which is difficult when driving. Now, with this, it is easy to charge and hold my device, and it’s using the magnet already built into my phone! It’s very easy to set up and even though my dashboard is slightly curved, it still fits. I thought it wasn’t going to because it kept looking as if it wasn’t going to stay but eventually it did! I upgraded my iPhone and wanted to get a new charger for my car as well. I had been using a magsafe type charger that clipped to my air vents in my car but, because of the design of my vents, the charger would wobble and bounce around. I wanted something a bit compact that I could mount to my dash and I saw this charger by Lisen and opted to give it a go. The magnet is super strong and it holds my phone great. The charging function also seems to be just fine, no issues there. The only problem that I have is...it won't adhere to my dash. I don't want to mount it on top of my dash because I don't need my phone getting blasted by the heat we get here in Texas, especially heat when amplified through glass. I found a nice flat area where mounting shouldn't have been an issue and cleaned it thoroughly with the supplied alcohol wipe and dried it as well. Once dried out, I adhered the protective pad as instructed. I let it adhere for a few hours (more time than what the instructions state) and then adhered the actual mount and let it cure until the following morning (16 hours or so). Well, to my surprise, everything had come loose from my dash and was just hanging by the charging cable. I guess at this point, I'll be returning this and going back to my old one and deal with the bouncing and wobbling. Highly disappointed, I was really hoping this one would work as I love the look and styling of it as well as the size. **UPDATE** The vendor reached out to me to attempt to solve the issue. The only way to resolve was to purchase additional adhesive pads to try and stick them to my dash again. I politely declined because I could buy ones that I knew would work (3M dash cam clear adhesive mounts) and would receive much quicker so they offered me 25% back on the purchase price. Great communication by the vendor. Once I received the new adhesive pad mounts which adhered great, this is an awesome mount. You can rotate so you can view the phone and it has an extremely strong magnet. Still get some bouncing but that has more to do with the vehicle and not because it is trying to hang on to a vent mount. If you can get this to adhere to your dash, it is a great little phone holder! ... show more

I purchased the Lisen MagSafe phone charger on April 2024. The product was great until it broke on August 2024. A plastic piece broke making the product unusable. I emailed customer support and spoke with Abby. She got some info from me and promptly got a replacement mailed out to me. I not only recommend the product because of its effectiveness but also the amazing customer support section of Lisen! Products fail but Lisen’s customer support did not! ... show more

Review Edit: As an update, LISEN reached out and offered a choice of replacements or refund even though I was passed the return window. Awesome customer service. I was out of town and when I returned replacement had arrived. I tested and it seems to be of good quality and works wonderfully. I will definitely buy from again due to customer service alone. They stand behind their products which is rare on Amazon. Original Review: Used it for about a month. Sleek and stylish. But a few downsides. It gets hot without having phone in use. Just charging. Also does not charge fast. Same usb on 2 devices. This charger is almost 30% slower. Ie this charger 3 hrs to charge. Another charger only 1 hrs 49 min to charge. Same percentage. Missed return window by 2 days so I am stuck with it. ... show more

Super fast charging. Adheres well to the dash and is very sturdy. Easy to install and use. Great value for the price. Overall pleased with the performance. My phone doesn't slip at all when it's on this charger, even with the somewhat heavy case it has.
