Ok so I never leave reviews, but I just installed and tried this phone holder and am so happy with it that I wanted to share with everyone how great it is. It’s simple yet adjustable - I wanted my phone to be up and away from the vent so that it’s easy for me to reach and see the screen, and I was able to make all the vertical and angular adjustments I needed. It’s super sturdy - I expected my iPhone 14 pro to flop around since the phone is kinda heavy but it doesn’t at all. The instructions are very clear and took me 10 seconds to install onto my vent. The magnet is super strong and holds onto my iphone very well even through a silicone Apple phone case. I did a ton of research before I got this. I decided on a vent one bc the kinds that stuck to dashboards/windshields all had reviews saying they lost adhesion in hot weather bc the adhesive would kinda melt, so I decided to go with a vent one since it’s hot where I live.     • Size of the wings: Pay attention.
Originally I bought https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09R1G19K5?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 Then, I liked the additional adjustment of the "Magnet-O" up and down so I bought this model that I am reviewing. The current model has wings that support the connection to the vent... this however is more difficult to fit on my Prius center vent. This support bracket with wings is 2" and the Original model I bought is 1.5". It makes a difference because it clamps on part of my console screen, so it is wobbly. ALSO, if your vent breaks, the center console is expensive to repair. I kept both models (use this adjusted model on a Rav4 - and the original: using on my Prius.) I put both cell phone holders on the driver side vent...precaution if the vent ever broke, it's an easier fix. The mount is sturdy. I like the magnets. Just be mindful of the bracket support size and be careful not to break your vent. ... show more

I have tried many of the magnetic phone holders and this is by far the best one I’ve had. Others are not very strong and my phone would fly off while this one has super strong magnets and my phone stays put very well and even stays going over bumps or sharp turns.     • Secure, sturdy hardware, strong magnets. so much adjustability
This is 2nd Lisen magsafe mount I tried. The first one was a fast charger, with rectangular metal plate. I could tell the construction quality was there, but I didn't find 'fast charging' to be fast or better than with Lightning charging. And that mount still was loose on my 2003 Toyota vents, even when adjusted to the shortest length. This Car Mount has an additional stabilizer piece which allowed it to be more securely tight on my vents. And I believe this mount has stronger magnetic suction. I don't feel like this would fall off, but honestly I haven't really driven over major bumpy roads. The other Lisen charger mount did not feel as strong suction. I love how flexible the arm is, so you really can adjust this easily to most suitable angle. I had a customer issue, and when I contact Lisen directly, they were able to do a price adjustment for me. I appreciate their customer service and would recommend their car mounts for quality. ... show more

Pros: great magnet, ability to turn it in various directions (kinda), mounting system for vent Cons: suppose to keep phone away from vent flow so that phone doesn't overheat (not true), arm on the mount somehow is always loose even of it appears tight...like the phone + magnets = too much weight for the mount arm and it will slowly move down, not staying in the place you put it/locked it into; advertises that it doesn't shake (NOT TRUE)--because of the phone weight and unstability of the arm or the locking device on the arm or the ball for rotation, the phone moves, giggles, and bounces. However, it has never fallen off nor has the mount falled off. It jut becomes annoying, especially when you are using it for navigation and music and phone calls. ... show more

    • Sleek, nice fitting phone holder at a great value.
I like this phone holder becuase it looks less clunky than others that sit on top of the dashboard. It hooks on to the vents, which is less obnoxious. But, that does limit the directions of potential air flow out of said vent. Overall a great product, but my one critic is that the screw comes loose over time which requires it to be tightened to ensure your phone does not fall out of place. ... show more
