I use my trail cam to monitor rabbit activity around my backyard landscape plants. Several are nearly dead because of rabbit damage. I sprayed this repellant around the entry point to the back yard and on each of the plants that showed obvious feeding damage. So far, I have not had a single rabbit sighting since the application. I will let you know that the odor of this when applying is strong and unpleasant (even my neighbor ask me what stunk so bad!). The good news is that once it dries, the odor dissipates (at least to human sense of smell). My big issue is finding a place to store the spray bottle, as the odor lingers around it. For now, it is outside on the back porch. The bottle is too big to fit into a gallon size zipper bag, so I'll keep looking for a containment method. I will continue to monitor the camera and the condition of the plants to see if this works long term. I plan on reapplying every two weeks or so. If any of that changes, I'll update this review. 5 STARS AND I DO RECOMMEND THIS ITEM I write honest reviews based on real life experience with each item to help others make informed purchases. Rabbits and deers stay away for months from plants that were sprayed with it. The odor is terrible in the first two days but then it’s gone. I’m happy there is an invisible solution to keep the herbivores away and grow my favorite plants. The only downside was that the sprayer got stuck after a few uses so I had to move the solution that was left to another bottle. I suggest buying a concentrate and use a better sprayer. Another note is that it’s very specific to deer and rabbits. Voles, mice and birds are not repelled by it. ... show more

Since I used this spray with Bonide granules also in our flowerbeds, I cannot say for sure how it worked there; however, I did spray it on some leftover, unplanted flowers without granules. It seemed to keep the deer away until it rained. The big problem with this product was that the nozzle kept malfunctioning, requiring me to adjust it repeatedly. Eventually, the nozzle broke.
