This stuff is amazing. While for years I have tried to stay away from insecticides, the mosquito population exploded this year and made my yard practically unusable. I cracked and tried some regular store-bought stuff and it did not do much. Enter this stuff. Holy smokes did this do the job! Easy to mix and load up to a pump sprayer. Bam! I have purchased this product several times and it is effective inside and out. A little goes a long way so you get your money’s worth. Great for spraying outside to kill mosquitoes and other insects. I use at my entrances and under sinks to keep insects at bay as I am on the ground floor. Dries fairly quickly. Add an ounce per gallon in your sprayer so it’s easy to use. Reapply after rain. It has a tiny bit of a smell… may cause you to sneeze if not in a well ventilated area. Great if you plan an outdoor event, just spray grass, bushes and leaves of nearby trees the morning of. I’ve used this product for at least five years now. It works! ... show more

This stuff is amazing, but it doesn’t last the four weeks that everyone claims. I sprayed entire yard and within a day there wasn’t any bugs around. That last for about a week or so and bugs started to pop back up.

This works well for box elder and stink bugs ( also other various bugs listed on the product description). 2 times a year, these pesky bugs would show up out side of the house, once around mid spring/ early summer and early to late fall. Followed instructions and sprayed house and shop. Bugs were taken care of, did have to apply multiple times since it will evaporate, but what a difference so far. Really happy with this product that was suggested by a YouTuber. I use a 1 gallon sprayer with 2-3 oz of concentrate. Be patient and wear PPE. Thanks for reading ... show more

This insecticide reminds me of the concentrated insecticides of banned products. It has a consistency similar to buttermilk, it’s thick. I had a flea problem in the house and used this product as per directions, which took me a while to read - it’s about 25 pages - because of the multiple uses. In short, I used about one ounce per gallon of water for my problem, which is easy to measure due to the design of the bottle (which is about 3/4 of a gallon) and I have no flea problem. I took it a step further and sprayed outside the house as well - I have no insect problem. So far, it’s been about two months and I am still insect free, including no big flying roaches that I get because I live on a wooded lot. When / if, I get through this bottle, I will buy this product again just because it works. I will buy and mix this myself opposed to buying big home store gallon jugs… it just works. I followed the mixing instructions and am using it with a sprayer. One treatment around the foundation of my house, and I suddenly had a 99% reduction in basement bugs—yay! I plan to retreat again in a few months.
