  • It’s works.
This stuff right here for me is liquid gold in a bottle. I rent the second floor in a house and my landlord downstairs has like four cats. So unfortunately, where do you think the mice will go? You got it upstairs with me. So a family member told me about mighty mint, I ordered it right away and I saw results same night. This stuff is great. The upside is that it works immediately and your house has a sweet minty scent which I adore. The only downside, if that’s what anyone would call it, that you have to spray it every other day. Like literally. I got so used to not seeing them that I forgot to spray and I saw one at night run past my bedroom door. So as long as you keep this up, it will keep your home rodent free. ... show more

  • Amazing!
This stuff really works! I’ve been using this natural bug repellent for over a year now, and I’m amazed at how effective it is. Since I started using it, I haven’t seen a single spider or bug in my house. The peppermint smell is strong, which I actually love because it’s refreshing and makes my home smell clean. Plus, it’s reassuring to know that I’m not using harsh chemicals, especially around my family and pets. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts a long time. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a safe and natural way to keep pests out! ... show more

  • Gets the job done
I was trying to go a more "natural" route of deterring ants in the house. I had to go through a few go's with this for the ants to stay away as expected they are persistent pests. First go I had to soak the area a bit wherever I saw them coming from, and left it to marinate a bit then cleaned up. They came back a 2nd go but I repeated the process again (but had to let it sit longer than the first) and they seemed to lessen the amount. I did this a few other times and they eventually went away all together. ... show more

  • It is effective just give it time
I bought the small bottle that’s in the image a few weeks ago and sprayed my room, and other places of the house, I went to work and noticed when I got home I saw dead bedbugs and was able to finally get a good nights sleep after a while of dealing with them no thanks to other products like ones that rhyme with paid… anyway I kept spraying it before I go to work and kept seeing dead ones until there was no more But now I know that it is coming from someone in my house and not me, I’ll update the review probably within the next couple days cause since I gotten this big version I was more generously with the spray and sprayed outside the rooms and outside the house as a test, to see where it coming from 9/24 update I forgot to update this sooner but anyway there’s no more bed bugs in the house thanks to this, I plan on buying one more and continuing to spray even tho it’s been a longer than a week without any bedbugs but I will admit I will get to occasional water bug because I live next to a lake plus I haven’t sprayed any more cause I ran out lol The spray made a bunch of bed bugs come out of hiding and it killed a bunch itself, if anyone would like to see a bunch of pictures of dead bed bugs / video of them ask me and I can at least send 20 plus pics of evidence I did accidentally spilled some on the ground and decided to use my mop on it and spread it throughout the floor and use it like a floor cleaner and as one of the people like to say now “ it smells like Christmas around here” ... show more

  • Decent deterrent but won’t cure an infestation.
I live in a suburb near woods and a swamp so I get a lot of pests. I’ve used this product for a variety of insect and rodent problems and my overall verdict is this: it’s decent at both but it’s too weak to deal with a serious problem. Here are my personal experiences with each pest I’ve used it on: Mice - this stuff definitely seems to deter mice but if they’ve already set up camp in your home, it won’t agitate them enough to leave permanently. I sprayed an area where I spotted a mouse come into my room, and I saw with my own eyes the mouse run in, and then immediately turn around and run out. Sadly though, even after making my house reek with the smell of mint for a few days, the mice never completely left and the problem wasn’t dealt with until we zapped them with a kill trap. If you have a mouse problem this will help give you something to fight back with, but don’t rely solely on this alone to solve the problem, back it up with some traps or maybe even an ultrasonic pest repeller. Ants - ants DO NOT care and were the least affected out of all the pests I tested this on. At best they’ll stay away for a moment but will be back in full force the moment the scent dies down, or they’ll just change routes undeterred. We had a really bad ant infestation where they were crawling all over the house, in the cabinets, in our beds, everywhere. This stuff did virtually nothing to help the problem. We eventually won the battle by spraying Raid on several of their trails and placing several Raid Ant Baits around key areas but mint doesn’t seem to do as much to stop ants as people claim, at least not for a problem as serious as the one we had. If you’re dealing with an ant problem I can’t overstate how important it is to get good ant baits, because until you kill the queens their numbers will simply never end. Spiders - spiders won’t like this but again, it’s not going to help with even a mild infestation where they’ve already gotten cozy in your home. I tried to use this to get rid of several dozen Cellar Spiders in our basement and it didn’t produce the results I would have liked. More often than not, the spiders would be right back in the areas I sprayed the next day. I found Ortho Home Defense to be more effective at both deterring and killing them, and it has since become my “go to” for dealing with most bugs. Squirrels - We had a couple of squirrels tear into our attic recently and I furiously blasted the last of my mint spray up there in retaliation. To its credit it did seem to cause them to flee for a day, but they were determined to make our attic their home, and came back the very next day when the scent died down. We ended up blasting loud music and threw the last of my essential oils up there to get them out again and then sealed up the entrances. If you loaded this stuff into a water gun and fired it at some squirrels or groundhogs invading your bird feeder or garden, that might be an effective, non-lethal way to help stop them, but like the mice they’ll probably be more stubborn if you’re specifically trying to dislodge them from nesting in or around your home so be sure to keep reapplying until they give up. Flies, Gnats, Moths, Mosquitoes and Crane Flies - As far as insects go, this category seems to be what this stuff is most effective against. Mosquitoes and Crane flies were getting into my house through the Air Conditioner during the summer so I repeatedly sprayed the back end of my AC outside and it seemed to help when regularly reapplied. Bear in mind though I wasn’t dealing with an infestation with this group like the other insects, just discouraging some wanderers from getting near my AC. If you have an especially bad problem with this category of dusk/night pests, some sticky blue light traps would probably be a better alternative for indoors and a bug zapper would probably be better outdoors, especially when combined with an outlet timer. Despite my rating, I like Mighty Mint and appreciate it as a solid, all-purpose pest control spray, but the price tag combined with my somewhat mixed results compels me to give it a moderate 3 stars. It’s best use in my opinion is as a holistic, preemptive deterrent if you don’t mind reapplying it regularly and is especially effective against rodents, but it won’t singlehandedly save you from an infestation and there are better alternatives for insects. ... show more

  • Great at the park
I volunteer at a city carnival. We use this around the bottom of the refrigerators and all around the grass area where we sit. There are always tiny little gnats and bugs around, but this keeps them away pretty much 100%. There was one drawback. I spilled a little bit in my car. Even after shampooing the carpet in my backseat, it’s still smells really strong. I definitely would never use this inside or spill it in my car again! ... show more

  • Works great
Mint fragrance isn't very strong. But other than that, works great.
