The first kitchen that was delivered was damaged. Many pieces were broken and scratched. The second kitchen arrived with only one slightly chipped piece that isn’t visible once assembled. The package is very heavy so I am sure this is happening during shipping even though it is well packed. Assembly took about 3 hours by myself. It would’ve been much easier with another person to help hold pieces while putting them together. Instructions are well written with step by step wording and pictures. Extra hardware included. This is a nice size kitchen with many cute features. My grandchildren love it! Ages 2 to 9. I researched a good while and even sent back a couple of other brands before getting this one due to the price. However, it was well worth the extra money to get a nice, sturdy, FUN play kitchen that will LAST for years to come. If in doubt…GET IT! ... show more

This kitchen is beyond beautiful! My daughter is in love with it! The color schemes and the noise features are amazing! The only 3 issues I had was: #1 - The packaging: The package from the inside was great, except for the packaging on the OUTSIDE. The box came broken and the tape was already falling off ready to open the package. I don’t understand why use a regular tape instead of duct tape for the outside packaging? The box weighs a lot, and coming in a small box it will break and loss the regular tape grip. I was so afraid that the assembly came broken on how the box looked. But I am so lucky it didn’t. Word of advice, please do better on the outside packaging. #2 - The directions: The directions is straightforward and very organized which I love BUT there was steps in there that was pointless in doing until you finished the others step first. It just got in the way of everything when I could’ve simply waited until the second to the last step. Also, the small board on the bottom and the top of the kitchen could have been better. They could have placed it for use to screw it in, instead of using this wooden stick. It’s so unsteady and wobbly.. As well for the screws they used for the sink, I had to switch to the smaller screws to ensure the sink was tight and not wobbly.. Lastly the oven turners, if you tighten the screw, the oven turners won’t turn at all and make that clicking sound. So what I did was loosen up the screws a little for it to turn and for my daughter to hear the clicking noises #3- The Microwave: The microwave doesn’t close enough for it to click the bottom on the sounding feature that came with it. Everything is assembled correctly it just doesn’t reach the bottom for the sounding feature to work. So I had to figure something out. I am rolling up a ball of tape and tape it there so when I close the microwave it will allow the sound feature to work ... show more

Our daughter uses this kitchen all the time!! It’s cute and modern and has all the right things for a fun kitchen. Good size, nice and big but very sturdy!! It was a little tedious to assemble. The pieces that make noise are not easy to change the batteries. You realistically have to take apart some parts which is pretty upsetting. ... show more

Heads up it is a very heavy box and it does suggest a 2 man carry. However, I did manage to get it up the stairs on my own. This is also a long build, and not a quick process. Mostly because you do the handles etc. on doors prior to the base work of the kitchen. Directions were easy to follow and kitchen is pretty sturdy. The microwave door seems to be a little crooked however it isn’t super noticeable and could be due to my assembly. It comes with 2 pots and does need batteries to operate. The ice dispenser does not dispense actual ice. Also extremely cute and as pictured ! Would definitely recommend to family and friends ... show more

We have had this for 2 years now but the doors broke off shortly after buying. We have improvised along the way to make it last but definitely disappointed In quality. I do have 2 boys so they were tougher on it than maybe girls would be. It’s definitely very cute kitchen though!
