The media could not be loaded. We bought this for my 2 year old for Christmas. He received it on Christmas Day, then we went out of town for a week so he has only actually had 3 days worth of playing with it. The piece that holds the phone in place is tiny, and when I was cleaning up I placed it on the phone holder (without force) and it broke so now there is no way to keep the phone in place. The round door to the washing machine broke completely off when my son opened it quickly. This is a product made for toddlers so it should be durable enough to withstand such. The stove as well as many places on the kitchen already have scuffs after days of use. The ice maker is not technically broken, but you have to adjust the lever after every use to get it to work correctly, which is not something small children can do on their own. The button on the oven door is constantly jamming. My son is under constant supervision so it’s not like he is wreaking havoc on the kitchen, I try to make sure he plays carefully… I am so disappointed because I was SO excited about this kitchen. It does have several neat features like the sink and the oven hood and the washing machine (before the door was broken off), but with the way things are going I imagine everything will be broken in a few months and we will have to trash it. You would think with the poor quality of this product it would have been much cheaper! Don’t waste your money like I did. ... show more
