Great for working out at home. I didn’t really understand how useful it is until I started using it. It helps maintain form while doing push ups and has multiple hand positions allowing you to work different muscle groups. The handles are also rounded and swell in the palm for a comfortable grip. The board also comes with a travel bag that I wouldn’t personally use for travel, but it’s handy to keep all the prices together when the board is folded up for storage. I like the different positions I can do push-ups in, but the handles get slippery because of sweat very quickly. It is also very annoying to get the handles out to change positions, it definitely takes two hands and is just much more of a process than I expected from something designed to do just that. ... show more

This product works just as expected! It motivates us to do push-ups and it is sturdy. When you first put the handles in the board it can feel “stuck” or be difficult to remove but I feel confident it is due to the product being new. I am sure once we have it worn in, this will be much more smooth. I even took it to work and as people walk near the board they feel motivated to put in a few pushups. This was my 2nd order. I had to order a replacement bc the first one that came in looked as if it was a return and resold. It was delivered all taped up but missing the handles. The reorder came in looking destroyed but had all the parts. The actual board is good and my nephew loved it.

I got the smaller board that's pictured with a woman using it. This board is perfect for my body size (I'm 5'4", 140 lbs). Plenty of different positions that help me place my hands in the perfect place so that now I'm getting a better workout. The hand placement and target areas are accurate. If you’re someone who has been working out at home for the past couple years like me and building out a home gym, then I can’t recommend this push up board enough. It’s super light, compact and easy to store and travel with, and provides honestly a much more diverse range of workouts than I originally thought. The different angles allow for great range of motion and the ability to hit different parts of the chest, triceps, and more that traditional push ups lack. The grips are comfortable, and I foresee myself being able to use this board for some time to come.
